Do you have to soak this rice? After soaking would it be 1:1?

First you should wash the rice in cold water untill it runs clear. You do not need to soak it. Add the amount of water to cook the rice, I do 85g per portion to 170ml of cold water. Depending on how you cook it depends on the length of time it will take. I use a rice cooker which works the time out for me.
