Surprising quality and bass for something that would just about fit in my pocket

Love the UE miniroll, quality sound without the bulk. We use it camping, kayaking, bicycling, at the beach, and even floating on the lake because it can get wet. Very convenient. Battery life is great too. My daughter kept borrowing mine, so I got her one too. I also have the UE Boom and Wonderboom. All are quality speakers.

It's surprisingly loud and the sound is very full. Pretty bassy too. I bought this to carry when I ski. I like to sing badly when I ski, okay? Bluegrass or metal, makes no difference, and this works well for it. Just about everything is positive about this. The buttons push easily, the battery life is good, the volume and sound quality are both good. I only have two finir negatives to talk about: 1. The rubber strap thingy... This isn't especially useful. A clip would be SO much better. 2. That power button is REALLY sensitive, as in "Oh dang, I accidentally turned it on while it was buried in my backpack. again". Aside from that, it's a champ.

This is a nice portable speaker. sounds great. and has a handy stretchable fastener on the back. i have actually looped that around my belt and wore it around the yard while doing yard work, when i still want to also hear the world around me.

Got this on sale for the hobby, he owned this brand before and unfortunately left it outside for months in south Florida causing mold to build on exterior fabric SO this is the new and smaller version. He was absolutely aesthetic. The volume and sound quality is just as good as the bigger model. Only this one fits and too much smaller spaces and it’s easily stowed away for beach and pool days. Great value when on sale.

We really wanted to love this speaker. Great design, excellent sound, connected instantly, etc. We hung it in the shower behind the shower nozzle so it never got direct water spray. After 1 month the unit started blinking red, making an alarm sound and would not charge. Online troubleshooting did not help and UE does NOT have a direct chat or phone number (they are a subset of Logitech) - you need to wait for them to email you, which nowadays is poor customer service. Eventually Amazon refunded us even though we were just outside the 30 day return window. Maybe we got a lemon, but we would not buy again due to poor customer service at UE.
