I get terrible, debilitating headaches. I also have kidney issues so I cannot take headache meds. So…if I get a nasty headache, I desperately need this “headache relief cap” to work. I call a timeout, lay back on the couch or bed and put this on over my head/face for 15-20+ minutes. I’ve used this brand for a few years now, probably +/- 200 times. Aside from just a handful of times, it ends the pain/headache every time. Everyone might be a little different, but all I can tell you is it works for me, and I treasure this thing. My wife also gets headaches on occasion. She uses this “headache relief cap” if she feels like she needs it, and it works just as well for her. HOW I USE THIS: I keep mine in the freezer. So the wrap is intensely cold and will also add compression. Some people may find the intensity of the cold too much from the freezer. I’ll put it on for as long as I can handle the freezing temp, then remove it for a minute. I keep doing this until I can just keep it on (it will naturally get less cold as you’re wearing it). I do this for about 20 mins. The success rate is HIGH. I suppose keeping it in the fridge would be just fine for some. I have the normal relief cap, and the pro relief cap. They are both really great. The pro is a little thicker and…plush(?). A little more stretchy and gell-like. The normal version seems to have a little more compression. It is a little thinner and has a slightly “cheaper” feel. I do recommend either one with confidence, however.

I suffer from migraines terribly since my teenage years. True migraines not headaches, that people who have no idea call a migraine. These ice packs help on so many levels. The cold obviously feels good, if that is something that works for you, it is tight on the head with compression but not too much just enough, and it also blocks out all the light. Feels heavy but not overly heavy. For me this is 3 important things I need when having a migraine. This is an excellent design, with the PRO version. I have the original version and now PRO, while I think they both work well I prefer the PRO.

Very nice, helps with cluster headaches and migraines. Also, if you can get it to stay on it works with shoulders too. I have a labrum tear and thought, "might as well try it" and its helped alot.

I’ve already ordered a second one to have on hand when I need to do two back to back sessions. This cap is incredible and provides immediate relief when I get migraines. I will say, the first minute or so is tough get get through and I almost feel worse and nauseous but after that’s over it starts to feel incredible. Highly recommend if you struggle with headaches.
