Amazing
Bought mine 4 weeks ago and I just love it. I use it every day for my stiff back and neck, for 30-40 minutes and feel so refreshed and energized afterwards. My husband's back was stiff after playing golf today and he lay on the mat for 15 minutes. When he stood up..... no more stiff back! I must warn you though, the first time using it was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't think I would last 5 minutes on it, but after 2 minutes, it does get better and it gets less painful each passing minute. I managed 10 minutes on my first go. After a week, I was well used to it and now I could probably fall asleep on it. I think this is a wonderful product.

Definitely recommended
As a person who suffers from fibromyalgia i found that the mat really helps me! Its almost addictive:) I lay on 10 minutes every night and it has helped my neck and back pain.. to be honest it does hurt but in a nice way (sounds crazy) when i used it during a flare up I couldn’t last on it for more than 3 minutes. When im feeling well i lay on for longer

Warning in box of cancer causing chemicals
I’m confused - I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??

Great mat for great price
This mat works amazing and is priced perfectly! It’s my first mat and I am very pleased. Relaxes my stress and tension which in turn causes me to sleep like a baby. I’m obsessed.

Surprisingly good!
I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.
