I am sleeping in my sheets for more than one night and not getting bitten. My children are no longer unable to use their phones or laptops at night and have fleas jump at them. But this stuff is the best of the literally 20+ things we tried and I saved money and our home from the professional level and dangerous pesticides with just four cans. I honestly find this to be the best way, in conjunction with pet treatment and laundering, to rid your home of fleas. One last tip: use salt on your floors and carpets for optimal riddance. I sprinkled salt on all flooring the night before I sprayed. It helps tremendously to kill the eggs and larvae overnight, then vacuum it up and see the "flea pepper" removed. Then, give the remaining fleas a solid dose of Bengal (carpets, drapery, furniture, decor) were not damaged by the spray in my experience.
