This has seemed to help with the circulation in my legs that I had hoped to increase by adding Vitamin K-2. I have had some mild heart issues in the past and like the reviews I have read about this product. Sometimes things like mood and brain fog are subtle and you don't realize for a few weeks or even months that you haven't experienced them for awhile. I think that is the case with this. It is easy to take, has no noticeable side effects and the thing is all of a sudden you realize you are feeling better in ways that are not shocking but are really important. You mostly notice the absence of other things that were concerning, and that's a good thing to keep aging at bay in an almost 80 yr old!

This seems to be the best K supplement I could find. It seems to be good value too, since other products have less purity. Why pay for capsules of cheap fillers when you can just get liquid drops of high potency vitamin? If you do the math, you actually get more for your dollar. Now for the bad news. The cap doesn't even fit. It sits lopsided and doesn't properly seal. And the bottle is only 1 ounce. That's very tiny. Still, it contains more vitamin doses than competitors with huge bottles filled with cheap fillers... but 1 ounce is still very tiny, and there aren't even any demarcation lines on the dropper to measure dosage. Very annoying, but overall it's still worth it. Get this one. The cheaper ones are a waste of your money. Spend it on actual vitamin, not on heavily-diluted products stuffed with cheap and disgusting fillers.

I have been using this product for over a year now. I like it because it has both the K1 and K7 vitamins which do different things in your body. K1 is for blood clotting. When I was younger, you could hit me with a bat and I would never get black and blue. Starting a few years ago, after I get blood drawn for cholesterol checks, I would develop a 2 inch wide black and blue which never happened before. Eventually It became normal, every time my blood was taken. I started taking this vitamin and fast forward to my next blood-work test a few months later I never got the black and blue mark. Not only that, It never happened again for about a year now. This told me 2 things, first, I was obviously deficient in the K1vitamin and second, this is definitely being absorbed and doing it's job. Great product.

I live on this stuff, my white blood cells are are low leaving open bruises and infections. I was off for awhile and I happen to get sick my lungs are full of phlegm. I only buy stuff that works even if you pay a little for your health 😇happy customer

I feel like this vitamins had kept me healthier than before, they are a bit pricy but really helpful
