I used these first to display table numbers at my wedding. They do fall over if your item is too heavy but a normal 4x6 printed photo works just fine. I now use them to display Christmas cards.

If I were using these for a wedding I would be perfectly okay with the quality and aesthetics. They have a clean looking shiny chrome finish and the gauge of metal is thicker than a jumbo paper clip. They do appear well made. For a "one-and-done" wedding I personally would not justify spending a lot on something like this. Regardless, my purpose is different. I am an old skool writer who while being up to moderately tech savvy (at best) I like my tangible, physical, paper notes. Whether it is a scrap of paper where I jot down an idea, a post-it note, an outdated business card or possibly even a paper towel when at work, I like paper. Additionally, my short-term memory is not always the best. I have always liked reminder holders like this for various to-do tasks or story thoughts etc. I like that these come as a 25 pack which should be enough for having some in my living room as well as my office and some in reserve. This short size is perfect for my needs. They are lightweight so they will not work for bigger pieces of paper or anything too heavy. I was able to use them with smaller long-term reminders I wrote on thin blank cardboard pieces. So far I have not seen instability with the base and them tipping over. The spiral design is perfect as I had already incorporated that design in our modern/art deco blended condo with other pieces like our door handles, paper napkin holder etc. The only thing that would make these better if they were available in a matte silver or matte pewter color versus the shiny look. All in all, they are real gems for my needs.

I use these to hold up yellow gnat traps so I don’t have to stick them in the pot. They work great.

I like these place holders and the color was nice; but, they were a little shorter than I expected and I wanted to use them for larger cards and they were easily toppled with the larger cards. But, for small place cards they would be fine. They are a heavy weight metal and were delivered quickly. I kept them to use for smaller cards.

Got these for a celebration of life party. They worked ok but not great for 4x6 photos. If they were a little heavier they would be fine. One sight breeze they fall over.
