hba1c down from 8.6 --> 5.6 in four months
I don't write reviews, but I had to this time. I bought this atta for my father after he took the hba1c test. His results came out to be at 8.6 (normal: 4.8 - 5.6, prediabetic: 5.7 - 7.0, diabetic: 7.1 & above). Upon doctor's advice, we stopped eating sweets, rice, potatoes, maida, etc. (there were some occasional rice eating lets say once a fortnight maybe). In addition, I bought this atta after a lot of research. When he took his second test after four months, the result of 5.6 was shockingly great. It even surprised the doctor. I highly recommend this atta.

The product is not like before because it not much control sugar like before. According to me the product changes the ingredients I think. I suggest please make the atta like before otherwise people choices will be in some other products. I have been so trusted the product but now my mood swings.

We have been using your product for the past one and a half years, but this time the taste seems different. It feels like the flour is very old. Please replace this packet and check what went wrong with the product in this packet.
