Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate worked great for me. I noticed increased energy during workouts, better muscle fullness from water being pulled into the muscles, and an overall stronger, more solid look. Flavor-wise, it tastes good and mixes easily. I like taking one scoop either with my pre-workout or by itself. I also stack one serving with one serving of Controlled Labs Green Magnitude for the added ingredients and performance support that Green Magnitude provides. I also use the unflavored version and add it to a protein shake I make that works as a clean muscle gainer without the extra unnecessary ingredients found in many store-bought gainers.

I purchased this because it's cheap and from a trusted brand (who I get my protein supplements from). This creatine powder is extremely difficult to mix into water for some reason. I have blender bottles and they mix other supplements with ease, but no matter how long I seem to shake this stuff, it always settles back onto the bottom. I'm still using it, just have to remember to shake it up before each sip. I was kind of annoyed that this didn't come with a scoop or any measurement in the container. All the other supplements I get provide one, this one just says use a "heaping" teaspoon" which can be interpreted many different ways. I've found mixing it into my breakfast smoothie to be ideal since it cant really settle in there. I haven't noticed a massive difference as far as my workouts go, but I'm still kind of a beginner in the gym. The flavor is OK, its not a super strong flavor and if you use a reasonable amount of water it definitely gets a watered down taste. I have had no adverse side effects I can link to this product as far as digestion and tummy troubles go.

Easy to mix creatine that doesn't bring jitters. The taste is a little sweet if not enough water is added. I do not find it to be too sugary. It washes well and does not stick.

This is the best Creatine powder I have tried--by far The flavor is great, and they don't have the grittiness I find with other Creatine powders. I have found the Optimum Nutrition products to be consistently high quality. Buy with confidence.

I really like this product but I have a hard time drinking it in water. It tastes SO bad with water I just do not enjoy it. However, I did start drinking it with milk and it tastes like strawberry milk haha! I know that sounds weird but I even had a friend try a sip and she agreed. It does clump at the bottom a little and it is irritating. It also sticks to the cup so easily and I mix it over and over so I can drink it in enough time before it settles again. For the cost I’d say it is somewhat worth it, I’m sure if you added this into a shake of some sort or whatever it would be tasty. I definitely saw a difference when taking this but I just don’t drink enough water to even take creatine which is something I should’ve known so that’s my fault. If you aren’t drinking enough water but still take creatine it will make you dehydrated FAST. It also makes you bloat if you aren’t drinking enough water but the bloat is not unbearable…everyone acts like it’s HORRIBLE but it’s not too bad. It is definitely bearable. It also doesn’t come with a scoop which made me kinda sad. All in all the product is okayish but I’d definitely consider an unflavored one next time I buy. But for the price I’d say it gets the job done.
