Placing it on the chest, in my opinion, was best for me. Day 1 - I used only one patch and noticed it didn’t work out for me. Then I had to re-read the instructions. It does mention to increase the patches based on your weight. I am considered “obese,” so I gradually increased my patches. Day 2 - I used 2 patches and it did help curve my cravings, but not enough for me to completely stop. Day 3 - I used 3 patches (Max) and I noticed a huge difference in my cravings. Day 5 - I stopped vaping with 3 patches (2 on my chest, 1 on my arm). I would mainly have cravings after I ate food, but I believe that was me wanting the satisfaction of vaping, instead of craving the nicotine. I’ve tried to quit vaping with the nicoderm patches and found they didn’t stick on to my skin no matter where I put it. The nicoderm patches also made me sick with nicotine poisoning.
