I highly recommend this product for both it's effectiveness and for the affordable price. Black Cohosh is the main ingredient in all of the other menopause products, and the others can be very expensive for only a month's supply. This product has definitely help stop my night flashes and give me some since of normalcy during perimenopause.

I’ve been taking this for a month now and it has been life changing! After only 1 week of taking it, I could tell the perimenopause symptoms had improved and it’s only gotten better. The hot flashes are very few and less intense and my mental clarity has improved. I just feel much better overall. There are no side effects that I’ve noticed either. I plan to continue using this product as it has made an impressive difference!

Helps for hot flashes

Have you seen the movie 'Wine Country'?? That movie is why I bought this lol. When she is listing the medications she is taking, Black Cohosh for night sweats. Ya girl is 41 this year and heading for 'the change'. I put this with the rest of my night meds. And ever since, no night sweats. Obviously check with your provider to make sure its a safe supplement for you. I was suffering so badly at night, I would have to change my clothes once or more every single night. Sometimes would sleep with towels just to save my bedding. Not anymore!

Worked a little for hot flashes but not for very long periods of time. Will not purchase again

I know every body is different so it’s almost pointless to review. But here it goes. I am working on my second bottle. I still get hot flashes, especially at night, making me think that these do not work. But then I didn’t take them for a bit and the hot flashes and brain fog got much worse, so I guess they do work. Not perfect, but they help. I will keep taking them and try to mix and match with other menopause herbs. So, yes, I recommend them.
