Gonna take some time
It took forever to put all the stickers on. My 7 year old will be learning on it too. I haven't played since I was very young so I'm learning all over again. I don't think the organ I played on was 88 keys either. This thing is looong. It stays charged for a long time so far. I haven't fully understood all the functions yet. The instructions really aren't instructive at all. It cones with an app but I'd rather have a paper I can look at in front of me. The app also isn't very helpful for me. It only identifies certain keys, not all of them, so you don't know what exact key you're supposed to be hitting from the app. Very frustrating. The sound is loud. I can turn it all the way down and still be loud enough. I like it. Hoping to get back into playing with this, but the amount of keys are a bit overwhelming. I personally will need a paper that tells me what exact key to hit and which spot to find it. Newbie here.

Great starter piano
I love that it has an adapter and can be charged. That way you can move around and not be tethered to an outlet.

A Versatile Keyboard for Aspiring Musicians
This keyboard is a remarkable tool for anyone looking into the music world. Its velocity-sensitive keys and impressive build quality offer a delightful playing experience that’s perfect for learners and seasoned players alike. While it doesn’t quite replicate the sound of a grand piano, it holds its own with a wide variety of 127 sound sets, far surpassing the generic MIDI sounds of yesteryear. The built-in battery and many sound options make it versatile for those who love to experiment. Although it lacks a 1/4-inch output jack, a simple converter cable does the trick, especially for gigging. While it doesn’t come with a piano book, the included music sheet stand, carrying case, and sustain pedal ensure you’re well-equipped to start your musical journey. The keyboard also offers 127 backing tracks and a looper function, which adds layers to your practice sessions. Mastering all the features is a bit of a learning curve, but the straightforward manual helps despite a slight language barrier. The absence of a power supply is no issue with its USB-C charging capability, and the battery life is impressive. The included key stickers are a thoughtful touch for those new to keyboards, making it easier to learn sheet music. The adjustable stand is a breeze, ensuring comfort wherever you play. While the app could be more comprehensive, the sound quality and feel of the keys make this keyboard a joy to play. It’s an excellent gift for anyone eager to explore music, offering a solid foundation for beginners and those returning to the keys.

Two keyboards now have broken F key
Edit: I sent an email to the company. They requested we submit a video of the nonworking key. We did so, and they replaced the keyboard! Email turn around was a couple of days, but we appreciate them making it right. Based on other reviews on here, they seem to have had a batch with this problem. The replacement works well, so third time's the charm! I ordered my college son this keyboard for Christmas, since he wanted something portable and lightweight for college living. When he set it up, he discovered that the main F key didn't work correctly. We returned the keyboard, and received a refund instead of an exchange, because the original package included a stand, and Amazon didn't have that bundle anymore. I re-ordered him a second identical keyboard. Again, the F key doesn't work. I have reached out to the Donner company to see if they will provide any support, but I expect we will likely have to return it again, which is a hassle and very disappointing.

Nice keyboard for beginners
I have been wanting to learn how to play the piano for years. I had one of these smaller pianos to try and practice but it was just too small. This keyboard is a full-sized keyboard, it is 50in long and is surprisingly light. You get a music sheet stand, a sustain pedal, which I am still trying to get used to, a USB cable and keyboard stickers. What I like about this is that it is also battery powered so you can charge it and set it up somewhere to practice. It has built in speakers that are not the best but good enough. Luckily, you have a few options for audio inputs so you can hook up external speakers or headphones. What makes this an awesome keyboard is the stickers. You can start to learn how to read music and learn what key makes what sound and what sound the music is looking for. For beginners like me, this keyboard is a great starting point.

Fit for purpose
Great for purpose, it’s long! So I have to slide it under the sofa in between my son’s piano lessons, but he’s getting on well with it. No complaints

Great beginner piano that has midi support
This is a great beginner piano with a lot of settings, but accessing those settings may be a little bit unintuitive. The build quality is fairly solid, though completely plastic it is put together well and does not have any obvious quality issues. The keys have an intentional fine grain feel, which I did not mind too much while using the piano. I am not completely sure how weighted the keys are since I have only played a non-digital piano that is considered full-weighted and my midi controller which is considered synth-action. The digital piano is somewhere in between leaning more towards a synth-action feeling. Since I’ve never used a piano with semi-weighted keys I am not sure if that is what it is. The battery life is very good, I needed to charge it after about 8 hours of use and it is usable while plugged in. The set I got came with all the necessary accessories except for a stand and power plug adapter. These accessories were all very basic in quality. The sheet music holder is a fairly flimsy piece of plastic that slots into the digital piano. The sustain pedal is a plastic square black box with a 1/4“ jack that should fit into other digital or midi controllers as well. The sustain pedal did not come with any rubber feet so it would slide on the floor when using it. It also came with a carrying bag that had minimal padding, but is still useful for moving the piano around. The digital piano has a lot of features and settings. It supports midi output via USB-C cable and bluetooth. When I plugged it into my Win 10 PC and turned it on it immediately connected and I was able to receive midi output to my DAW. I did not try the bluetooth connection. The piano would turn off automatically after a period of inactivity even when plugged into my PC, which was slightly inconvenient because I would have to turn it back on every once in a while when I was fiddling around in my DAW. To get to a lot of the settings on the piano you have to hold the “Setting” button plus a corresponding key on the piano. There is no marking or anything on the piano that would indicate which key does what, so you have to refer to the manual that is provided. There are 127 tones and 127 rhythms you can choose from, but I mainly just use the default piano tone. Some other settings are a metronome, a drum mode, and even a mode that splits the piano keys into two so you can sit side by side with someone likely for teaching/learning purposes. The piano also has microphone and aux cable inputs that allow it to be used as a speaker. There is also a headphone jack which allows you to practice the piano without making any noise. Overall this is a great beginner digital piano with the full 88 keys. It has a lot of features and midi support. The value is pretty good when I was considering much more expensive midi controllers that didn’t even have the full 88 keys. If you are serious about learning how to play more classical piano then I would consider getting a piano with full-weighted keys, but if you just want to get started learning then this is a great option.
