Plump and shiny
This lip gloss base is perfect to get into making your own lip glosses/lip sticks. The base gives a nice glossy sheen to the lip-gloss. It feels smooth as well, though i didn't get it quite as pigmentated as I wanted too. It will take practice to get the desired opacity to the gloss that I'm looking for
