Although the company finally did reimburse us.We sent as a gift to my parents. Steaks arrived but had clearly been allowed to thaw. Meat was unusable. Also much thinner than pictured (maybe 1/3 inch) but hard to to tell since they were stringy and not holding together which may have been due to the thawing.The company was hard to reach and I had to be pretty tenacious to get customer service to respond. When finally reached they wanted info from packing slip and photos of the meat. So I then needed to ask my parents to get involved. They are in there late 80’s and taking and sending photos was a real challenge for them. I was unable to help being 2500 miles away.I felt terrible since this was supposed to be a gift not a problem.Only gave a star since we did finally get money back. ### ⭐⭐ Exceptually poor quality!! *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2020* The quality of the rib eye steaks were poor!
