Review: Great mix for making fufu - Love this for my fufu swallow Review: Good resistant starch. - I bought this product to use as a gut cleaning, resistant starch. I read to start with a smaller dose, around 1 tsp, and work up to the recommended dose, 1 Tbs, gradually. I followed this advice and would also recommend new users to do this as well. I was noticeably more gassy for the first two days and as time went on that went away. I have worked up to the 1 Tbs dosage and have no GI issues from it. I follow a keto diet and do feel more regular while using this product. As far as mixing, it mixes OK. I mix it with my exogenous ketones and green powders, and can't taste the potato starch at all. However, when I mixed it with coffee, cream, and coconut oil, it doesnt mix as well. It's slightly gritty and leaves a weird aftertaste, although not unbearable. The packaging is OK, I feel like when it gets down closer to the bottom I may need to transfer to a jar, as it will be difficult to scoop the powder out. Overall would recommend, and will purchase again? ## Features - Pure Original Ingredients Potato Starch in a resealable bag - Great thickening agent - Add to sauces, soup, & gravy - Always pure ingredients with no additives ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BSQ46LW | | Best Sellers Rank | #39,253 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #16 in Tapioca Thickeners | | Brand | PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS | | Brand Name | PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS | | Coin Variety 1 | Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum | | Container Type | Resealable Bag | | Cuisine | Versatile | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,258 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00195507122819 | | Item Form | Powder | | Item Highlight | For cooking, baking, and thickening sauces | | Item Package Weight | 1.38 kg | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Manufacturer | Pure Organic Ingredients | | Material Feature | Gluten Free, Natural | | Material Features | Gluten Free, Natural | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Size Name | 3 Pound | | Size | 48 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Natural | | UPC | 195507122819 | | Unit Count | 48 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS - **Item Weight:** 16 ounces - **Material Feature:** Gluten Free, Natural - **Specialty:** Natural - **Unit Count:** 48 Ounce ## Images ![Pure Original Ingredients, Potato Starch, 3 Lb - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Ea85d2wCL.jpg) ![Pure Original Ingredients, Potato Starch, 3 Lb - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Rz1XNLVkL.jpg) ![Pure Original Ingredients, Potato Starch, 3 Lb - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ZNZRlDwwL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mix for making fufu *by A***R on July 12, 2026* Love this for my fufu swallow ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good resistant starch. *by K***Y on September 6, 2018* I bought this product to use as a gut cleaning, resistant starch.
