NOT GOOD AT ALL NOT WOORKING NOT USEFUL

An example of if it ain't broke don't fix it. My friend loaned me hers to try ( older version) and it was great so I ordered this new improved version. It's bigger and bulkier due to a torch it doesn't need. I prefer the lighter smaller version that fit comfortably and discreetly in my palm. Everything is black and there are no instructions so God only knows what button does what? The beep is loud but goes completely ignored the puppies (5 & 9 months old) they show no interest in or response to it ( in fairness same one the other model) I Can't tell if the ultrasonic is on or working, as obviously I can't hear it, or what button to press as it's all black, I have to watch the puppies ears, but only one of the 4 pups shows any acknowledgement of hearing anything which leaves me to believe it's either not working properly or it's not as strong as the earlier version as he physically jumps at the sound of that one. I fully charged it before using and it drained 5% so doubtful to the trying to work out the buttons, so I doubt the longevity of the charge. Im really disappointed. It's got 1 star because it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next as stated and you can't give less

Terrible. Doesn’t do a damn thing for dog behaviour. It’s a fine torch though but I don’t need a torch.

Zwar hört man das Gerät arbeiten, aber die Hunde stört es exakt überhaupt nicht. Es wurde einmal der Kopf schief gelegt und sich wahrscheinlich gefragt, was das nun wieder soll. Danach wurde jeder Einsatz des Gerätes komplett ignoriert. Zwar hatte ich ein wenig Angst, dass ich mit dem Gerät vielleicht Schaden anrichten könnte, aber nach einiger Recherche habe ich es doch ausprobiert. Tja, also Schaden hat es wohl keinen angerichtet. Oder irgendetwas anderes.
