If you're new to Magic Puzzles, I can't fully explain what I love about them without spoiling what makes them special and unique. Just know that it's well worth your money, and you'll thoroughly enjoy the experience. SPOILERS FOLLOW. For everyone else, Magic Puzzles are everything I look for in a puzzle. For starters, the picture itself is wonderful. The image is interesting, the colors are bold, and the lines are sharp and distinct. There's no fuzziness or uncertainty like in other puzzles, particularly photographic ones. (Ever done a 1500 piece puzzle with large sections of sky or trees? Forget it.) The cut is also designed in such a way that significant elements get the proper focus (rather than being split over 3-4 different pieces), and while I can take or leave the few gimmicky piece shapes, my kids love those parts and enjoy putting them in at the very end. And speaking of the end, the ending of these puzzles is another reason I enjoy them so much. I'm willing to do 1000+ piece puzzles, but I tend to top out at 750; anything higher seems less like fun and more like work. But these are 1000 pieces, and they're perfect. The reason is the gimmick - you're not constructing one puzzle, but three separate puzzles, complete with three full sets of edges. And this one especially (along with some others, like The Forest Feast) has very obvious scenic subdivisions: you can work on the yellow section, or the blue section, or the green section - or, if you like, the ancient Egyptian section, or the space section, or the dinosaur section. It never feels like work because it's never frustrating. Plus, because of that secret addition at the end, the full puzzle is more like an 800-piece puzzle and a 200-piece puzzle. Everything about the design has been perfectly crafted to make the puzzle satisfying, not tiring. And there's still more to love, like individual pouches for the pieces, high quality components (both box and pieces), a sticker on the inside for keeping track of your completions, two separate fold-outs so multiple people can work on the puzzle at the same time, and a list of fun things to find in the scene once you're done. Really, not only are these Magic Puzzles everything you hope for in a puzzle, but they go above and beyond, including things that I never would have even considered but absolutely appreciate. Buy this. You'll be glad you did.

This Magic Puzzle Company puzzle was delightful! The quality is the usual excellence in color, cut, and fun shapes. I loved the adventure of trying to discover the missing artifacts AND the references to other past puzzles. The artwork was spaced enough and large enough to be able to see it, although some of the tiny details required a magnifying glass. (So many cute mice!) The surprise ending was so fun! If this is your first Magic Puzzle Company puzzle, make sure to have a large enough table to be able to shift your sections. If you get them too close to the edge of the table, pieces do tend to come apart and fall out during the shift, but they are easily reassembled. As long as you don’t lose the pieces! These are great quality puzzles and very unique in constructing. They are not traditional with only 4 straight edges! Have FUN!

LOVE these puzzles!! The first thing I want to say, is do not let this puzzle scare you because it is 1000 piece. The variety of color, shape, and size make this puzzle a fun activity for the whole family. I put my last Magic Puzzle together with some of my younger family members (between the ages of seven and ten), and everyone was able to participate in piecing it together. Since then, I have used this puzzle as a gift twice and it was a hit. The way the puzzle reveals a "secret" at the end is, as well as its unique pieces, and I Spy-like illustrations make it a completely unique gift which has proven to be a crowd pleaser. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good gift or something fun to do with the family. This is not your everyday puzzle!

The puzzle had such a fun little unexpected surprise that just delighted me and my daughter. It’s not just pieces thrown into a box, the company made it feel like a whole experience. So much fun to open and even more fun to put it all together. The pieces fit seamlessly and the colors were rich. The pieces were a nice thickness too, not those cheap flimsy things you see sometimes.

Very good and Amazingly fun puzzle. It looks good with many small pictures. the size is like any other 1000 piece puzzle. It was easy-mid to build. I was missing a piece but I think that was my own fault I lost it.
