It is very thick and decadent. Very chocolatey, and priced correctly to my tastes. My wife loved the taste, but she found the alcohol slightly too strong. I found it a little too thick for my own personal taste. Adding a splash of milk both dilutes and loosens it a little to the perfect taste and consistency for us. Wife was very happy, however, after tasting other chocolate liquors on the market, I have to give it one less star for its base alcohol. It uses a beet-based alcohol that I find to be tastier than whiskey (baileys and immitations) but not nearly as nice as vodka based ones(Hotel Chocolat), personally. When you compare prices with vodka based ones, though, it's a fair compromise.

I’ve always enjoyed Baileys as a creamy liqueur. No more…move over Bailey’s, Mozart is now my favourite. It’s divine. It looks, feels and tastes indulgent. It feels special somehow, like all the ingredients are quality. There’s no synthetic after taste and the only problem is that it’s so moreish. Heavenly poured over ice. Slips down a treat. Just as good as a topping on vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Add a few flakes of gold leaf and you have a spectacular dessert that took seconds to prepare and serve. I’ll be buying more of this very very soon. A lovely gift idea too as all gold wrapped, it looks spectacular. Yumzers.

Très bonne liqueur, douce et onctueuse. Facile à apprécier, parfaite en fin de repas ou pour un moment gourmand. Une belle découverte !

Eigentlich habe ich mich zuerst in diese bezaubernde Flasche verliebt. ..eingentlich ist dies keine schnöde Flasche, sondern ein kleines Kunstwerk, die gefällige runde Form und die goldglänzende Folie, die eben an jene wunderschöne Mozartkugel erinnert. Dieser Schokoladenliör ist eine äusserst verführerische Spirituose, welche mich als Scholkoladenliebhaberin sofort in Ihren Bann gezogen hat. Feinster Kakao und hochwertiger Neutralalkohol machen ihn zu einem besonderen Genuss. Dezente Aromen von Vanille und Karamell runden das schokoladige Erlebnis perfekt ab. Am besten natürlich nur gut gekühlt geniessen! Er ist überdies nicht pappig süß wie so manch andere Liköre, sondern fein ausbalanciert. Der Neutralalkohol dominiert nicht, sondern trägt alle Aromen federleicht. Der Geschmack ist für mich persönlich einfach nur Wow..!! verführerisch sahnig mit jener subtilen Süße welche nur Sahne besitzt, und einer samtigen Fülle, schokoladig warm und dicht in der Aromatik. Insgesamt ist Schokolade egal in welcher Konsistenz, ein überaus faszinierendes Produkt mit einer reichen Geschichte und diversen Genuss- und Verwendungsmöglichkeiten. Seine tiefbraune Farbe und die unfassbar feincremige Konsistenz laden zum naschen ein, egal ob alleine oder in geselliger Runde... er macht einfach Lust auf mehr. Sicherlich liegt der Reiz auch in der Vielseitigkeit des Likörs, denn auch über Eis oder in einem Cocktail ist er der perfekte Begleiter. Ich muss gestehen, ich liebe ihn einfach nur puristisch ...Natürlich ist es wichtig diesen Genuss in einem verantwortungsvollem Rahmen zu genießen. Fazit: Einfach mal probieren...bestens geeignet für einen geselligen Mädelsabend ! Angegliedert im mittleren Preissegment, allerdings auch schonungslos jeden Cent wert. Man bekommt ein erstklassiges Produkt !!! Als Geschenk für Schokoladen,-und/oder Likörliebhaber oder um mit dem besonders schönen Glaskunstwerk für eine kleine Überraschung zu sorgen.
