Relaxing and refreshing
I absolutely love these. They have a really light, refreshing taste and I’ve noticed they help me feel more relaxed after drinking one. I’ve tried a few adaptogen drinks and these are definitely my favorite. I usually have one in the evening or when I’m feeling a little stressed and it helps take the edge off without making me tired. One thing to note is the effect is subtle but still noticeable. A really nice option if you’re looking for something non alcoholic that helps you unwind.

Delicious and effective
I’m always skeptical of these types of drinks being able to make me feel anything. With these I definitely feel the calming effect without feeling whacked-out like with THC drinks. The flavors are all lovely and the low sugar content makes it ideal for right before bed.

Improved my sleep
The drink flavors are really tasty. It really works, it calms down my thinking, I drink one an hour or two before bed and I’ve definitely been able to sleep better

My Go To Mocktail
Nice alternative to a glass of wine to unwind at the end of the day. Slightly sparkling. Melon cucumber is refreshing while the peach ginger has a spicy kick to it. I like putting all in the fridge so they are nice a cold and ready to drink at the end of the day. Great way to relax and sleep has been so much more improved since drinking these regularly.

Top Choice for Adaptogen Seltzers
A fantastic blend of flavors that are step above fancy seltzers, similar to a mocktail with complex blends of fruit and herbals. It has a mild relaxation effect and taste great poured over ice. I’ve ordered it four times and will continue with a subscription because it’s worth it.

Interesting flavors. No "mind altering" experience though.
Ok, for a pleasant beverage, these are ok. The flavors are distinct and interesting, some were off-putting to my taste (I don't like cucumber my drinks, one was way too mint forward for my taste). But there is no "calming" effect. Adaptogens? Perhaps I am too cynical (could be) or reliant on more aggressive additives (caffeine, alcohol). A fun experiment but this will not become a habit.

These are no too sweet and a nice alternative for a cocktail. Just wish they were less expensive.

Not very tasty
I only enjoy one of the favors so I have a lot that I won’t be drinking. Yes, I do feel relaxed after drinking Trip but again strange favors.
