Fifty Pounds Gin, 70cl

This was a present for my friend's 50th and she was very pleased with it. The gin was smooth in flavour and the glasses that were included were good quality. I was a little nervous with the glasses because of some negative reviews but so far so good

Absolutely transcendent. A superb gin.

Huuuuuge sigh of relief the moment this touched my lips that it wasn’t another waste of £30+… as happens all too frequently with these bespoke gins that anyone and everyone rates 5 stars here on Amazon. This is anything but average (as in say The Botanist) or distasteful (as in say Nordes). If your gin of choice is Hendricks, #3 or The Cambridge then add this to your cocktail cabinet without hesitation….. it’s the real deal.

A good solid gin with bold flavours. Stands up to tonic very well and not easily washed out. Love the story behind where it came from and the bottle but in the same price range I think there are better options

I'm not a gin lover myself but bought this for my husband who likes trying different ones & he was very impressed with it. He's hard to please so that's praise indeed. Bought it again as a gift for my mum & she said it was the best gin she's ever tasted & she's tasted a fair few. So I'd try it if you haven't already! Unless you're like me & don't like gin, then maybe give it a miss.

I COLLECT DIFFERENT GINS, ALL OF WHICH ARE MEANT TO BE HIGHLY REGARDED. THIS WAS A GIN LOVERS GIN, A TYPICAL LONDON GIN. I PREFER SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT, WITH MORE BOTANICALS. JUDGING BY THE BOTTLE IT'S AIMED AT MEN, MAYBE THAT'S WHY I FOUND IT HARD TO PUT THE DAM CORK BACK IN THE BOTTLE. A CLASSIC GIN SLIGHTLY OVER PRICED.

I bought this gin for my daughter's 50th birthday and she was very pleased with it so I thought would purchase for my son's forthcoming 50th birthday too but when arrived it did not have the gift tin so not really presentable for a gift so will have to look for an alternative and had to return. The delivery was prompt.

Tasted this gin in Gibraltar and had to get a bottle when I got home. It's not sold in N Ireland so I was glad to get it on Amazon

Il Fifty Pounds Gin è un London Dry di altissima qualità, perfetto per chi ama i gin classici ed eleganti. Al naso si percepiscono subito note di ginepro, agrumi e leggere sfumature speziate. In bocca è morbido e ben bilanciato, con un finale pulito e persistente. Si presta benissimo per cocktail classici come il Gin Tonic e il Negroni, ma è ottimo anche liscio o con una semplice scorza di limone. Il packaging è raffinato ed elegante, ideale anche per un regalo. Un gin che non delude, consigliatissimo per gli amanti dei distillati di qualità!

Para mi de las mejores ginebras que he probado. Usar con una buena tonica, es fundamental para que este perfecto.
