Does what it promises to do.
The description is spot on and really easy to use. Simply put some of it into boiling water and stir. The more paste you add the more the curry heat. The curry sauce is ready in a few minutes. Following l the recommended quantity you will get the curry sauce that most Chinese and Chip shops will sell you - tang of heat but not overwhelmingly hot. It’s versatile too. I got done raw fixed chicken and fried it, added some red and green diced peppers, onion and garlic. Cooked in the pan until the veg were cooked, added the curry sauce and let it coat all the ingredients. Hey presto an instant chicken curry - think Korma heat, perhaps a bit more. Enjoyable to eat. Not bad for minimal prep time at ten minutes or so cooking time. Use it with chips, baked potato, rice, drizzle over sausages or a something like I cooked.
