Ese tipo de molinillos de aspas rompe los granos de café en trozos muy pequeños y va bien para cafeteras tipo italianas. Pero para una cafetera exprés de presión sigue siendo un molido demasiado grueso. Compré ésta y es otro mundo. La molida en el nivel 1 a 3 deja un polvo de café de una finura tan extrema que hasta obstruye los agujeros del filtro metálico de mi cafetera de presión (la mía tiene indicador de presión y se ve como sube muchísimo la presión y apenas gotea café sobre la taza). Lo tengo que poner al 4 ó 5 que sigue siendo polvo fino de café pero sin obstruir los agujeros del filtro metálico. Parece que machaca los granos entre 2 piezas y eso permite una molienda más fina y uniforme. Nada que ver con mi anterior molinillo de aspas. Tiene un compartimento hermético donde vas echando el café en grano y otro compartimento también muy hermético donde va cayendo el café molido. Gracias a este sistema ya no tengo que pasar el café molido a un recipiente hermético para que se conserve mejor sin que le dé el aire. Fijas la cantidad que quieres moler, pulsas el botón y tienes en el compartimento el café molido deseado, con parada automática tras la cantidad programada. Ahora ya no hay que sacar el molinillo del armario, desenrrollar el cable, meter café en grano, enchufar en un enchufe, mantener pulsado el botón, pasar el café molido a un recipiente hermético, limpiar, volver a enrrollar el cable y volver a guardar en el armario. Ahora, este molinillo, es un pequeño electrodoméstico colocado junto a mi cafetera exprés y enchufado de forma permanente. Además de moler mucho mejor, ahorra muchísimo tiempo. Un maravilla.
