These are really great. True to description they are oil resistant and the glue isn’t really harsh. So it stays in place all night AND I don’t feel like I’m removing a top layer of skin (which has happened with other brands) when I remove it. I also love that they’re individually wrapped. I keep my strips in the bathroom and with other brands the glue has sealed from the steam. I don’t write reviews, but I did for this. Thanks

I love these nose strips so much they help me breathe at night and I prefer them to breathe right strips because of how they stick onto my nose. The only thing is sometimes it will leave black residue on my face but nothing I can’t wash off with some face wash.

As advertised these are, in fact, nose strips for breathing. The adhesive is pretty strong so, you know, be careful.

For snoring, this product is only any good if you snore because of nasal congestion. Since most snoring is related to the back of the throat and mouth, this product is unlikely to reduce snoring. No change in my snore score through the snorelab app. However, the adhesive and overall quality of the strips is greater than anything I've tried before. It will stay on overnight, even with my oil, sweaty skin. Could be a good product if your aim is to improve airflow for exercise. n Not what I wanted it to do, but the quality is good.

Similar to another reviewer, I have sleep apnea which is treated by using a CPAP. I also have a deviated septum which makes the use of the CPAP mask very frustrating. I’ve been taking my mask off 3-4 times a night and rarely get to REM sleep. Decided to try these after reading of similar experiences in the reviews. Wow! I slept so well last night! Opened up my nostril immediately. I wore it for 8 hours and it stayed in place and did its job the entire time. Since I have oily skin, I used facial toner to clean the area on my nose where it would be placed. I think I will have to use some type of skin treatment each morning after use as I can’t imagine I won’t have a slight irritation from the adhesive, based on my skin type. The price point works for me. I am so thankful for this product!!

Good adhesive. Thats about it. It is definitely not “extra strength”. Worst breathing strips I have purchased yet.

They work really fast. Lasting is very long, like over 4 hrs. Plus easy to place over nose and a smooth removal of the strip.

They do not work. They stay on for just a few minutes But the worst thing is they make the nose restrict under pressure more so then not wearing them

Works like a charm. My husband converted all his friends to this. All their wives approve this products as well.

Doesn’t stick. When it does stick it’s too high on the nose. When placed where recommended or where you feel nostrils open up the strip doesn’t stick for long
