Great Tasting Easy Mix Energy and Hydration for Workouts
Iโve been using Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy + Hydration for months now and I love it. It mixes super easy with no clumps and all the flavors taste great which isnโt always the case with workout supplements. This is a great product because not only does it have all the essential amino acids for your body, but it has a green tea which is a wonderful product for energy for your body. Flavorful & Effective
pros: dissolves easily, taste like a watermelon jolly rancher & i noticed more definition within a couple weeks. cons: caused bloat & headaches the first week or so. The flavor is very strong. I switched from drinking it to just throwing back the scoop & washing it down with water.

I love this product. Gives you the energy you need. Iโm not drinking as much coffee in the mornings. It helps me get through my workouts. It tastes amazing too.
