This gimbal stabiliser is very well made and works well. Once paired to the app it allows you to produce very professional videos. It comes well packaged and have had it in use for several months now and would fully recommend to others looking for this type of product. I have no idea what the company's after sales services like as I have not had cause to use it.

Excellent quality with all the features I need. The zoom could be smoother, although that could be down to me, obviously need more practice as have only used it twice. Overall a great piece of kit for the money, would recommend

great holder to be able to go out and about whilst taking videos on my phone to make it more stable. easy to pull around as folds up nicely after taking ages to learn, makes the whole thing turn around smoothly making it a bonus meaning the quality of videos can be increased a lot. nice and light making it easier when making it go up even higher. and best feature being it has a removable remote, so can take pictures and videos at a distance. only issue I had one just a few buttons with lots of different things to do, so trying to remember click this 1 time for to do this, or 3 times, then other button however many times to do each job make it a bit more difficult

This iSteady X3 se seemed at first to be working properly, but unfortunately, I found that the pan-follow mode was not working as it should. In this mode, the phone should only move in the horizontal plane when the unit is panned horizontally. In fact, if the unit was tilted in the vertical plane, the phone also tilted, and - worse - did not tilt back again afterwards, and would therefore have to be recentred every time. This is not correct, so I am returning it. Maybe I will try the slightly more expensive X3, which also has the ability to do AI object-follow, and an extension shaft - which the X3 se does not have.

Looked like it should work quite well, but the X-Y controller on mine was faulty; no pitch control at all and would only slew left to right, not right to left. In simple stabilisation tests it intermittently lost its place and required repeated resets. Product returned.

Works as intended, very happy with product. Seemingly lasting forever in regards to the battery life. I am able to take excellently still videos which is important for my line of work, emphasising the products smoothness. Design is sleek, compact and easy to store to prevent it from damage. The app needed for the product is clear and easy to use. Great stability too. Would defiantly recommend.

Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life

It came nicely packaged and and was in great shape. It feels very sturdy in your hands and works very well. There are many videos that will walk you through what there is to know and learn about how to use it. It feels very well built and durable. The only down side I see is that there aren't more printed instructions. It keepa your footage very steady and stable. It allows swithicing from landscape to portrit very easily. As well as going from filming your self to whats infront of you. Overall I 100% would buy this again and plan on buying another one soon for someone else. Definitely worth the price.
