Excellent retrieving tool!
These pickup tool were very efficient, with their telescoping capability and strong magnetic feature. Only with they had a light built in for retrieving items in dark places!

Magnetic head comes out of rod.
The magnet itself is good quality, but the magnetic head is attached to the holder with small screws. The holder pushes up inside the rod and is crimped in place. When I tried to pick up a 1 pound object, the magnet stuck to the object, but the magnetic holder head came out of the rod.

Magnets Loosen & Screw Off
I wanted to give these 3 1/2 stars. Major complaint is that the tips are loose and are screwed on, see photo. In the description they state that the screw off head is an advantage, but it's really a Disadvantage. I had to put an epoxy on each of them so they wouldn't unscrew and fall off, Especially when you are reaching into an area, as I was, and the head falls off!

Magnet is very weak. Won't pick more than 2 to 3 nails at a time. Doesn't serve the purpose.
