I have most of my good sweaters, scarves, knit hats in these bags. The fabric breathes. I use cedar inserts -sold separately- and also throw in a lavender sachet. Protects from moths and keeps things fresh. Worth the investment if you want to preserve your quality items. I was using the Container Store Linen boxes but they are expensive and these are more malleable. Take up less space. I also use them for sheets. You can easily fit a King size set in with shams etc. and I cram 2 queen sized sets in one. Oh, and I store placemats & napkins but it depends on the shape and size of your mats. Great for the ones that roll up. Good product. Recommend!

I always feel confident that my fine woven sweaters and shawls are protected from moths etc. in these hardy bags that fit under beds or neatly on a shelf. They stack up well, the zippers are strong and last and last. Good investment for woolens and cashmere items.

I like these bags and will probably buy more. They have a nice heavy zipper that opens around 3 sides making it easy to insert and remove stacked sweaters. There are straps on the inside edges that allow you to place cedar blocks around your sweaters (Vincemus Tineola Bisselliella!) The drawback for me is that while the top is "clear" plastic it has an embedded grid. The grid is so thick that I can't really tell what's in the bag without unzipping the top. Additionally, the bag is solid canvas on all sides. That's nice for ventilation and holding the cedar blocks but means you can't see any stacked items in the bag. Pros: - Nice construction -- full-size zipper, stout canvas - Looks nice on a shelf Cons: - Can't really see much through the top window because of the embedded grid - No window on the side to see what's stacked inside [Update from use] There's only one zipper pull so you have to fully open the bag to access contents (as opposed to two zipper pulls that would allow you to open a single side). Probably seals better this way but means it's harder to get at the contents while the bag is on a shelf.

I particularly liked that these are made of cotton canvas and have a clear panel to see what is inside. At first I thought they were too small, but I was able to store two thick English sweaters inside each one and still have room for optional cedar planks. They zip up securely. For the price of these, I will probably buy more. I know it’s important to store fine clothing in good conditions, but I’ve seen similar items for much higher prices. I can’t see reason for paying 3 or 4 times the cost of these bags.

Sweater bags are really nice, however, no cedar planks and because I didn't click onto the third picture to know this I have to shop for some. I would suggest including a link to cedar planks of the right size or add an option to buy them from your site.

I bought these to store some bulky Irish fisherman sweaters. I was able to fit two of them in each box.

Bought for my husband's sweaters. Was skeptical when they came in such a tiny package since I forgot they are canvas and foldable. They actually work well, his thick sweater fits nicely by itself but it could hold several thinner sweaters. It does have the straps inside for cedar inserts, we don't use them. Looks like it will protect well, the clear cover makes it easy to see what's in it, and they will store nicely on his closet shelf, even stackable.

Great cotton sweater storage boxes. Excellent to protect cashmere and wool.

I've only just bought these, but they seem absolutely amazing! They're the perfect size - my woolen sweaters fit into them perfectly - not too snug, just right. You can probably fit 3-5 sweaters in each bag, depending on the thickness of the sweaters. They zip up easily and the zips seem really sturdy. The whole bag seems to be top quality construction. The top is plastic, and the sides are a nice natural cotton. They'll keep moths out not problem, but the cotton is also soft and breathable. I think these bags will be perfect for both off-season storage AND general in-use storage. They're easily accessible so you can take things in & out. If I wear a jumper, I can take it out, wear it, and when I get home, I'll let it air out on a rack for a bit and then bob it back in. Thank you for designing something so practical, good looking, high quality, and just... perfect.

The description does not mention anywhere that the top panel is plastic. Returning this.

Just what I was looking for. Lightweight, breathable cotton + cedar inserts - perfect for storing my cashmere. Love them so much I just bought the under bed storage + more cedar planks. Highly recommended.
