Every milk change is exhausting, and I know that soon I won’t have any kefir left, since it will be hard for them to multiply at the same rate as they get lost in the strainer. I’ve been adding a little fresh cream to see if it helps strengthen them, but I haven’t noticed any results. This kefir seems like it was made from probiotic capsules, and its smell is also unsatisfactory, which is not normal. So, my advice is: don’t buy it. P.S.: the video is sped up. The photos make it look a little larger than it actually is. I made a mistake because I didn’t take a picture the day it arrived. To me, it seemed slightly smaller than the D. Anyway, after five days of trying to “activate” them, I started using the kefir milk. The flavor is fine, and it seems to be working. I’m just being cautious because there are very few grains, and they seem quite fragile, but I hope they grow and multiply soon.
