Over all it was the nice product and it supports 4g also and feels weightless

White screen of death and freeze while 2g fallback from 4g during call in non jio sim (airtel , vi) in places where Volte is not stable. Otherwise perfectly working with jio (as it doesnt have 2g fallback). Good quality in that sense.

I received a used and defective phone. Naturally, I initiated a return the same day—because when you order a phone, you generally expect it to do at least one trendy feature: turn on. The pickup agent arrived the next day, and that’s when the real entertainment began. He refused to accept the return because he couldn’t start the phone himself. Apparently, the rule is: unless the pickup person can view the IMEI number on the device, the return can’t be collected. So, to summarize: if the seller sends you a fully defective phone, congratulations—you may have just unlocked “Hard Mode” for returns. It’s a truly remarkable system. The more broken the product is, the harder it becomes to return. I didn’t know my purchase came with a bonus escape room experience. Then came the next episode: contacting Amazon Customer Care. Finding the correct phone number and waiting to reach an actual human being felt like a small test of patience and destiny. But credit where it’s due—once I finally reached a representative, she resolved the issue in about 3 minutes. That was genuinely the best part of the entire journey. In my opinion, sellers who ship used/defective products should be permanently removed from the platform. This didn’t feel like an honest mistake—it felt like someone knowingly sent a faulty unit and hoped the return process would discourage me. The funniest part? I’m not even reviewing the phone anymore. I’m reviewing a seller’s quality control, a pickup policy that collapses when the device is dead, and customer support that—thankfully—was the only thing that actually worked.

Good phone with good network and battery overall value for money

needs some features update, battery backup ok, calling quality is good, clouds app are working fine, not for heavy use. UI is pathetic needs lots of improvements.

I bought this for my father who is around 80 years old and not able to hear properly so I need a keypad phone having big display and having high volume . Today I received the phone. The volume is better in comparison to NOKIA phone. Display also OK. Battery back up has not checked. Buttons are big and separate. Support Jio VoLte Sims and 4g Drawback :- We cannot customise the joy keys. just like my father he is habituated of using right top button as contact in Samsung keypad phone. But here it is fixed for Cloud and left top key is fixed for GO TO. Next issue is with searching name in contract. The same issue I found in Nokia as well. When we type a letter to search - it doesn't show the name starting with entered character. Instead of that it shows the name containing the entered character.

Initial looks is good, phone is quite minimalistic and does the main job pretty well, call quality and stability is good as well. But, it has some serious concerns, 1. Battery life is not only bad but WORST, compared to a Nokia device of same range which has far superior battery life. not only in DATA ON mode but even after turning of the mobile data and keeping phone on standby mode, it drains like crazy, hardly 3 days of standby mode reached. Might be a software issue but overall experience with that regard is bad. 2. Durability is as expected from this range nothing exceptional, nothing bad. 3. Phone speed of loading the files from a memory card or even in small phone memory is really slow sometimes the buffering never stops, which is not normal even for a keypad phone. 4. Speakers are good but settings of volyme for different purposes once set automatically get back to the default ones, which is irritating. This was my 1 week review of this phone.
