The Product: I purchased the Eureka Forbes SmartClean Nuo, and it has been a disaster from the start. Instead of cleaning, the robot "misbehaves" constantly. It fails to recognize its own charging base and repeatedly tries to "penetrate" walls and crash into its own dock. It acts completely erratic, almost like it’s "possessed." For a product costing ₹25,000, this level of technical failure is shocking. The Service (Eureka Forbes Mumbai): This was the most frustrating part. I reached out to the Mumbai service center multiple times. Not only did they fail to understand the technical issue, but they also repeatedly cancelled my complaints without resolution. They returned the product to me without any actual repairs. Even the Eureka helpline offered no real assistance. I felt completely trapped after spending my hard-earned money. The Stress Factor: I bought this to help during a difficult time due to my wife’s ill health, but it only added to my burden. My queries and complaints went unanswered for weeks. The Saving Grace: The only reason this story has a happy ending is Amazon. Even though my return window had officially closed, Amazon recognized the gravity of the situation and made special arrangements for a return and full refund. Kudos to Amazon for their integrity. Final Verdict: Do not fall into this trap. Between the faulty hardware and the non-existent customer service from Eureka Forbes, it is not worth the risk. Keep your money and look for a brand that actually supports its customers.

Why I selected this: 1) Its customer support is quite proactive; I had no problems, at least. 2) Within a day of the delivery, I had a virtual demo of the product. They had arranged a live demo for a time that worked for me, and I had to give special credit to Xkazi for her insightful virtual demonstration. 3) It is quite effective at cleaning. The mopping isn't that horrible either. 4) cheaper comparatively 5) simple app for hassle free operation (Don't expect to have privacy Since its a third-party app called 'smart life' by volcano technology ltd., Address: 6F,Suite 603,Laws Commercial Plaza,788 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Hong Kong, China) cons 1) got tangled in its on wire coming out from docking unit (as long as you make sure you tie up the loose wire the problem is solved) 2) getting on and off the carpets could be a bit difficult for the robo vac especially when the carpets edges don't stay flushed to the floor 3) if you have pedestal fan with a conical kind of base then the robo vac get stuck on it until you had it manually help it get off 4) when the docking station is off due to power failure the robo vac will loose its way back and will be roaming here and there 5) Sometime its a bit dumb, like hitting on wall or legs of table or chair to conform its presence

I bought the Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner a couple of months ago, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. Right out of the box, I encountered multiple issues. The suction power is ridiculously weak, barely picking up dust and debris, whether on carpets or hard floors. It’s unbearably loud, and the build quality feels cheap and flimsy — like it’s ready to fall apart at any moment. To top it all off, it has now completely stopped working. But the real nightmare started with customer service. I reached out for help, only to be told by email support that my contact number didn’t match their database, so they couldn’t assist me, despite providing the invoice as proof of purchase. However, when I logged into their website using the same phone number, everything was fine. Even the customer care team over the phone confirmed that my number matched their records. Yet, the problem remained unresolved. It’s been over three weeks since the service technician visited my home, and the issue is still not fixed. This level of incompetence and neglect is beyond frustrating. It’s clear that Eureka Forbes has zero regard for its customers or the quality of their products. I deeply regret wasting my money on this vacuum cleaner. Don’t make the same mistake I did — steer clear of this brand! There are far better alternatives out there that offer reliable performance and, most importantly, real customer service.

After much research, I finally bought the Eureka Forbes Lvac Voice NUO. Why I chose this: 1) It's customer service is very proactive (at least I did not face any issues). 2) Got a physical demo before purchasing the product, which most of the other companies fail to provide. 3) It cleans really well. Even the mopping isn't bad. 4) It works silently so there is absolutely no noise when it is cleaning the house. Also, controlling it when I am not at home works well. 5) Value for money. It was cheaper compared to other products While there are positives, there are also a couple of negatives because of which I have given it 4.5 and not 5 stars. 1) The app didn't work on my apple phone. Tried serval times but it failed to work. So I had to install it on an android phone 2) The app to be downloaded that was mentioned in the instruction manual is different from what actually needs to be downloaded. So that is something which needs to be rectified by the company. 3) At times it gets stuck on door mats. So this because a problem, especially when you are trying to operate the robot from work. 4) No remote. While no company provides remotes, it would be better to have one, especially, if there are senior citizens in the house who are not tech savvy. It is more convenient for them. 5) Only 1 brush. I think Eureka Forbes could add another brush for better cleaning. Not that it doesn't clean well with the single brush, but I feel if there were 2, it would have been faster and much more efficient. Saying this, I would still recommend this product mainly because of the customer service. While many foreign brands do not have their presence in India, those who have their customer service isn't as effective. But Eureka Forbes is known to be serving customer for several years and their after sales service is efficient, which is the key factor.
