Can we use it as a sealer on terracotta pots?

Yes! You can use this for terracotta pots but it is not recommended when pots are being used for planting! You can use when pots are for decoration only!

can i use it for car brake caliper?

Well i don’t recommend to paint your brake calliper because a calliper’s temperature is very high while driving and some part of it may cause the paint to seize the brakes
