Because of back and nerve issues I have recently needed to start wearing incontinence products. I bought these and a name brand to see what worked for me. These are as large/wide so that's good. They are a bit thinner than the P brand so that could be a problem for some people. However I haven't had any troubles with these and for the much lower price; I think these might become my main go to pads.

I starting using the maximum at the start of this year and really liked those. As someone managing incontinence I care more about the security of functionality rather than testing the limits of how thin a pad I can use before having a leak. The maximum was perfect length/thickness for feeling protected whether I was walking or sitting, and they even worked well for most overnights. However with my last order about a month ago, I noticed I was leaking through the maximum pretty regularly. I’ve had recent changes in my health and just accepted that my bladder was ready to humble me further. So as a maybe-desperate resort, I purchased the overnight size, intending to use day and night. Unfortunately: immediate letdown. I’m a woman’s size small and although the wider front and back seemed like added security I’d need, the pads bunched and stuck to the adhesive when trying to fit inside my clothes, which created leaks for even smaller accidents. I do think they would work well for larger clothing sizes. To wrap this up, I actually only logged on to see if others had issues/solutions for making the wider sizing work, or if I should go back to maximum and hope for the best. Now I’m wondering if my sudden leaky woes were actually related to this “product upgrade” everyone is pointing out. Bummer! Might give the maximum one last try. Best result is they work like I remember and I can forgive the faulty batch. On the other hand they might finally distress me enough to move on to a more expensive brand instead.

As a woman with endometriosis I appreciate these pads particularly at night. I wear a full coverage brief when wearing these and they feel just fine at nighttime. I recommend giving these a try for any heavy leaks you may have.

I wrote a good review of these previously (see it below.) Of the last package opened, about half the package has been used. A few days ago when removing a wet pad, the back seam came open and icky wet stuffing spread all over the bathroom floor. That had never happened before, so I thought it was just one flawed pad, but it has happened several times since then from the same package. There is a code on the side of the package that might be a batch number: 25 285 L41 09:16. I don't know when this particular package was purchased because I have a stash of packages and I don't add new ones in any particular order. I still like the pads, but maybe quality control needs to check on this issue. _____________ This is the previous good review I wrote: I have tried many name-brand pads that are more expensive than these and find little, if any, difference in the absorbency of similar items. These are labeled "ultimate absorbency" and recommended for overnight, but I use them during the day, too. With a subscription, they cost about 33¢ per pad. I recently tried another version of Amazon Basics pads, in a pink package, also labeled "ultimate absorbency" which says they are long pads. With a subscription, they cost 36¢ each. These overnight pads in the green package are the same length as the ones in the pink package. They are also wider and thicker and cost a few cents less per pad. Considering that they are going to end up in the trash, I want to spend as little as possible, even if only 3¢ less. With the number I use per day, 3¢ adds up to $40-60 per year. Many name-brand pads cost 10-20¢ more per pad and would cost hundreds of dollars more per year. (Review written by the account holder's wife.)

Item is fine but deliver packaging was terrible. Personal items were exposed. No wrapping or box.
