SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S9 FE (10.9-inch, 128GB, WiFi) - Gray (Renewed)

The tablet looks brand new! Easy set up. My husband uses it a lot and the battery lasts a long time. It's a great table at a reasonable price.

I ordered three of these "Renewed" Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablets, and all three of them arrived completely unusable.Despite Amazon Renewed's strict policy that devices must be fully unlocked and wiped, this refurbisher is shipping out decommissioned corporate and retail demo units that are still hard-locked to their previous management servers via Samsung Knox.As soon as you connect the tablet to Wi-Fi during the initial setup, it pings the server and locks the screen with a "Getting ready for work setup" message, followed by a permanent MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock screen stating: "T-Mobile Demo Device managed by Sennco Solutions."Because this is a server-side Knox lock, you cannot bypass it, you cannot flash the firmware to fix it, and you cannot use the tablet for anything. It is a paperweight.The refurbisher clearly just wiped the local drives and tossed these in a box without ever connecting them to the internet to verify they were released from the enterprise database. If you already bought one and see "Sennco DPC" on your setup screen, don't waste your time trying to fix it—box it up and initiate a return immediately. Save yourself the headache and buy from a different listing.

Good tablet as any other Samsung products. Good battery life, reasonably fast and pretty good memories (RAM and storage). Good Wi-Fi speed and Bluetooth connection.

Es una buena tablet lo he probado por algunos dias y pedi en excelentes condiciones pero llego con un golpe pequeño en la parte de trasera, además el botón de apagado y encendido hay que apretarlo algo duro para que funcione por lo demas todo funciona sin problemas.

Esta perfecta, solo un raspón el la parte trasera pero no se ve con el cover

Came fast and everything works well. Came with a changer and stylist. Only expected the tablet and charger. It’s easy to travel with and easy to use.

I initially purchased an A9 but it was freezing and the apps were blurry. So I found this refurbished S9 FE. It came wrapped in bubble wrap with the pen. There were some hairline scratches all over the screen but you have to hold it at an angle to see it. Super light weight. Screen size is perfect to do all my shopping and browsing (such an improvement from using my phone). Quality of samsung is always reliable. The colors are vivid like other Samsung devices. Set up was super easy using usb-c to transfer everything. I took a star off because of the scratches on the screen. You would think they would at least add a plastic film to protect it from scratches.

For a refurbished one at about 60% price it's really good. The charger works well and there were no visible marks of defects. The battery is good too. Not my first purchase from Amazon refurbished and definitely won't be the last.
