This stuff is awesome. It is an exact match for the gunpowder rims. I am actually blown away. I think the key is shaking it aggressively for 2 full minutes before using. I had some pretty severe curb rash on all four rims. I decided to check a couple days after application and it took me awhile to find the spots I touched up. I was hesitant in purchasing, if you feel the same way just buy it. I know it’s already a cheap price but no one wants to buy junk.

I bought my 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance used, and 3 out of 4 of the wheels had been curbed. 2 out of 4 had red paint embedded in the rash, so this knuclehead obviously curbed the wheels in a NO parking zone. LOL. Included in the deal was $65 x 3 to have the curb rash fixed. Instead of taking the car back to leaving it for a day to get the wheels fixed, I thought, "I'll try to fix it myself. If it doesn't come out good, I'm out $10 and if it does, I can get $195 back." I used a Dremmel with a sanding drum to gently take out the worst of the rash and then painted over those spots with this touch-up paint. BAM!! Good enough. If you get up close you can see the rash, but from more than 5-6" you don't even notice it. Keep in mind that the human eye is automatically drawn to the lightest/brightest object in a scene or photo, so the main reason curb rash gets your attention is due to the bare aluminum showing thru the gunpowder gray finish of the Uberturbine wheels. One change I made was to upsize the tires to 275/35-21 front and 295/35-21 rear and the tires now covers some of the rim that had rash AND provides protection against ME being the next knucklehead to curb my wheels. PROS: - Matches Uberturbine wheels perfectly - Easy to apply with the beveled applicator brush - Come with more than enough to fix your wheels and have some for future mishaps CONS: - IDK? It's paint so go slow and try to apply to only the areas where the finish is damaged. Be sure to shake it up to mix the paint well, as it is metallic paint.
