I'm pleased with this purchase. I wanted a personal sauna that I can easily put away and one that doesn't take up too much space. This is perfect for me. I'm 5'7 so the size is just fine. Don't expect too much space since it's a foldable and portable sauna. If you want more space then find something bigger. This sauna heats up fast and I'm always dripping lots of sweat whenever I use it. I only spend about 25-30 minutes in it and it does a good job. I always feel like I'm in a good mood after I'm done using it and it helps me sleep a lot better. It is easy to put together, easy to clean, and easy to put away. 5 stars.

I’ve had this sauna for almost two months now and I absolutely love it. It’s obviously not expensive but doesn’t really feel cheap - the zipper works very well and the fabric seems sturdy as long as you aren’t intentionally being rough with it. The only con really is that it is small. I am 5’6” 150 lbs and it fits me and that’s about it. I can stand and my head just touches the top but not uncomfortable at all - expect have to move the chair around since not quite enough space to stand while the chair is in place. If they made a larger one I would definitely buy it. It gets up to at least 120 degrees (my thermometer was giving around 125-130 after 30 minutes), and it feels so good. The chair is small but it works fine for me - I just add a folded up towel to sit on since it’s not that comfortable. The foot warmer is nice but the only way I can use it is to push the chair all the way to the back (otherwise there is just not enough room on the floor for the foot warmer to lie flat) and that puts my back right up against the panel which feels a bit too hot after a while. The only other thing I’ll mention is that the temperature is only displayed in Celsius which is fine (I’m American so I only know F lol) and the temp thermometer is by your feet where it stays cooler - the hot air rises and the temperature is much warmer where the panels are and above. So basically according to the remote it never gets to temp but my own thermometer gives a better reading anyway. Also I tried using the Velcro to attach the remote but the placement of it made the remote cord touch the panels and I was worried it would damage it so I just keep the remote down in the side pocket on the chair. For the price you really can’t go wrong with this - it works for me and it’s lightweight so if I need to move it, it is no big deal.

I love this thing. You sweat your a$$ off, sometimes even need to turn it down. Helps with aches and pains and weight loss and cleanses toxins from your body. I'm 5'11" 180lbs and fit inside with a few inches all around to spare. If you're over 6'2" and 240lbs you will not enjoy this. I open the flaps and stick a small fan inside to dry it bc there will be a good amount of condensation and sweat inside after 15/20min. The price is fantastic. The only reason it's not 5 stars is bc the seat is very narrow and not very comfortable unless you're skinny as a twig. I am going to get a triangle seat camping chair for it and it will be perfect.

It works very well and is roomy enough for two people. It has real room in it. It heats up very well and quickly and if you can take it for 30 minutes, you feel like a million dollars afterwards. It really does help with aches and pains and helps you to eliminate toxins from your body. I highly recommend this sauna. It was simple to put together and it is very well made and sturdy in the carbon heaters work really really well. It is definitely worth the price.

Updated Review: After having and using the unit in our basement 3 to 4 times per week for about 6 months control panel sparked, smoked, and melted a portion of the plastic cover over the control panel due to something catching on fire inside the panel which is fully sealed with no way to open to see what happened. Reached out to Amazon customer support who sent me a return label and will be refunding the full purchase price as there is a warranty that is still in affect. So do not recommend this project as it should not catch fire or spark, but do appreciate the Amazon customer service resolving it. Initial Review: Heats well though I don't think it gets fully to the 165 degrees noted. But easy to set up and easy to move around as needed. Works on a standard 110V outlet. Wish it would have a version that would be a bit longer to allow for you to lie down and stretch inside.

I have been looking for a small in home (non-invasive) infrared sauna ever since I moved and my new gym does not have one. This product has been exactly what I needed. I always like to finish a workout with some sauna time or if I ever need the heat during a cold winter and this does the trick. It took me 20 minutes to assemble and works great. The control is only in Celsius and it never gets to 65 degrees, but mine hovers around 55-58 when I am in there. I let it heat up for about 15 minutes and I am sweating within 5-10 minutes. The key is to keep the zipper closed as much as possible to not let in cool air. If I need to use my phone, I do NOT keep it in there with me but will set it on the floor outside the zipper for quick access. Also, the chair that comes with it is very small and low to the ground. I have just bought a shower seat that sits a little higher (and is waterproof) so it is a more comfortable for me (I am 6'2"). Overall, a great purchase...it is lightweight, effective, and it can go anywhere.

It's ok. Be mindful small. If you are 5'11 in height you can sit only. This was not energy efficient my bill spiked tremendously after three sessions. Yikes!

Set up was pretty easy. I use distilled water and started out with level 9, then went to level 8. Once it filled with steam I got in and within 5 minutes I was dripping sweat. So this definitely works well, and fast. I will drop the level down to 6 the next time until I find the perfect temperature for me. It does come with a chair that to me is on the small side. I may look for a bigger, sturdier chair that I feel more confident sitting down on as I have sinus related balance issues. Right now, having no other options and not the most ideal location, it's set up between my family room and kitchen and will remain there. I decided it's too much of a hassle to fold it up and put away each time as I plan to use this 3-4 times a week. I'm hoping this will help with relaxation and sinus issues, as well as eliminate any toxins in my system.

Superb - super hot steam with remote control. Life changing. Perfect size for a smaller person under 5’7”. No idea how it folds up back into the carry bag though. Wish there was a video.
