I don't like using my phone for multiple reasons, I also don't really feel like I want tons of extra stuff crowding it. I've been using it for probably 4+ hours every day since August and it's perfectly fine. The symbols just wore off on the buttons. Every single mp3 I've bought since about 2014 has been pretty awful. Usually they break after using it for maybe a month. If you're lucky it might last 4 but the USB suddenly doesn't work so no more new songs. This one is still working perfectly. I've had ZERO issues with this one. I put in an SD card so now I have 345 songs, charge in my car and laptop and no connectivity issues or charging problems. I bought it specifically for kids because I wanted it to be as basic as possible but still have bluetooth and an SD slot. Bluetooth has no problem either.
