The bracket it came with fits perfectly and it comes with (1) end-cap with a lanyard to use as a handheld flashlight and (1) end-cap with a coiled wire pressure switch to use as a "tactical" light. The pressure switch has a momentary switch that only keeps the light on while pressure is applied. It also has a standard on/off switch for if you want to leave it in the on mode while freeing up your hand. The switch appears weatherproof(heatshrink?) and has a nice haptic click to it. You can feel it change state with standard range gloves on. The head and tube is all aluminum and seems very rigid. It also has a nice diamond cut texture to the housing.The LED itself is VERY intense. It is seriously bright. I provided pictures in my backyard for reference. I haven't gone to the range yet with mine to test the shock endurance because I broke the spring off of my pressure switch end-cap when I was installing a new battery. It was my fault for being a brute idiot and I emailed the seller (amazonokeba@gmail.com) about it. They responded within a few hours and I explained what happened. They said it was no problem and they shipped me a new unit free of charge! Once I get to take the new light to the range and test it out, I will update my review for anyone interested. Just a FYI, you need a 18650 Li-Ion battery. I didn't notice this when I bought it but If you go to Walmart and check the solar lights in the lawn and garden area, you will find Westinghouse 18650 2000mah 4 packs of batteries for around $7. The work great. Haven't shot the shotgun with the light attached yet but will update how it holds up when I do. I love that it uses the 18650 batteries they are cheap, powerful and last a long time. The one negative thing I can think of is the on/off switch attached to the wire is a little bigger/thicker than expected and doesn't come with anything to help attach it to the gun so I decided it's much cleaner without it overall I'm very happy with the purchase.Update! 1/12/17I decided to give this flashlight a durability test by shooting by 12 gauge without taking it off. I shot about 60 rounds of 2-3/4 target, 25 rounds of 2-3/4" buckshot, 5 2-3/4" slugs and 5 3" magnum slugs (freaking awesome). When i got home i noticed my light wont turn on it had a new battery I used a couple time for like 3 seconds so that was disappointing until I realized this battery was damaged from the recoil and wasnt letting any power out. After i replaced the battery the flashlight worked perfectly again I'm very impressed a cheap light held up even when my pica-tinny rail was getting dented and the battery broke this is one awesome light! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Glass lens is the only problem *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2020* The switch is well made. The QD mount is good as long as you back the screw off and add a little blue locktite (just like anything you mount to a rifle) right from the start. Read the description! The battery is NOT included. That's the biggest complaint you'll see. It takes 1 18650 or 2 cr123a (both special types) batteries. Get the hi-cap 18650 rechargeable batteries (https://amzn.to/36Z8Zbl) and you won't be disappointed. I've had this light mounted on my "Bump in the night" gun for 2 years (with a 2600mah battery I can't find anymore) and haven't had to charge the battery yet. That's despite being used frequently as a quasi night light.It's a basic aluminum flashlight with o-ring seals. The threads aren't smooth as some, but they work fine. It's a very bright white light that does what I want (ID target at night) just fine. In my experience, it will take all the abuse laying on the floor will give it (lol).The only complaint I have is the glass lens. It's being sold as a weapon light. Make the lens out of plastic and call it a day. The only reason I found out the lens was glass was having the light mounted a little far forward (just 1/2in behind muzzle). The blast from the muzzle shattered it.UPDATE: The power went out yesterday and I took this light off to use. It was on for almost an hour before the power came back on and had no difference in the light strength with the hi-cap batteries mentioned above. What made me come back to update this was the fact that the light also did NOT get hot like my maglights do. They get almost too hot to hold after about five minutes.
