So far so good
Okay, as you can see for the antenna photo, it's in a HORRIBLE spot, I know. I 100% believe the temporary antenna location it's in is whats causing the signal loss/-20+ dB NOT the cable. Ohms look good to me across 2M/70CM. Wire feels of decent/good quality, connector fits great/snug and the locking "nut" threads on smoothly. I'm happy with the cable When I move to my new property and get it raised up on a mast properly, if you see an "UPDATE" section something was wrong with the cable, if you're reading this a year from 04/08/26 (MM/DD/YY) and there is no "UPDATE" section, all was good.

Good purchase
Needed an emergency coax for the ham radio. This not only worked perfectly, but I still have it hooked up to the antenna. Don't hesitate on this one.

Good coax at a good price.
I'm new to the radio hobby and I needed some coax quick and cheap. Although I read in many forums that you need the most expensive coax you can find I went against that and bought this. Had to go with what the budget allowed at the moment. Anyways, I highly recommend this coax if you just want something that works and gets the job done. I have this paired up with a home made dipole antenna and the results couldn't be any better. I have low 1:1 and no higher than 1:3 swr all accross the band and I'm able to talk to stations in Europe, all over the North America and beyond. It seems to be made of good quality materials and well made. I will buy this coax again.

Stiffer than expected
Overall good quality cable but is stiffer than expected for RG58. Once manipulated it holds its position. This concerns me is move a lot as the center conductor may break.

COAX: would purchase again.
The cable worked very easy going thru the house and outside of my house.

Great deal for low wattage transmissions!!
Good cable for back-up!!! You dont want to run much over 100 watts with it. Will be fine for practical cb transmissions. Don't run a hf rig on it. No such thing as low loss rg58. Anyone who has been in the game for awhile knows rg58 has the most loss when it comes to coax. Get lmr 400 if you need low loss. I metered it with a rig expert and the spool I got was good.

Great value coax
Very durable coax it's a great value for the money for someone not trying to push excessive power.

cabling of cableness
Let’s be real: when it comes to CB antenna parts, it’s all about function over flair. These parts? They’re exactly that. No fancy packaging, no celebrity endorsements, just good, solid parts that get the job done. If you're looking for cheap but effective, these hit the mark perfectly. They’re pretty much identical to the brand-name versions—same look, same quality, probably made in the same mysterious antenna part factory. So why pay more when you can get the same thing for less? These parts attached, adjusted, and tuned without a fuss. No surprises, just solid performance that has my signal going strong. Five stars for delivering exactly what I needed without pretending to be anything more than what they are—just good ol' reliable CB antenna parts!

Faulty cable - poor quality control - test before use
The cable looks OK, but there is no electrical connection on the shield from PL-259 plug to PL-259 plug. The centre conductor to centre conductor is fine, just no connection on the shield. Most likely a failed crimp connection. Clearly not tested when made. Take the time to test with a multimeter before trying to use it. Do not risk damaging your radio as a result of poor manufacturing quality control.
