Philips PL-Q 38W/830/4P 1CT/10BOX 38 Watt PLQ Lamp - White [Energy Class A]

The item arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I was a bit concerned about getting a light through the post but the item was perfectly packed in a tight 'to shape' box, then placed in another box filled with 'polythene packing pebble' thingy's! Safe as houses. Also, on the day of purchase I was sent a confirmation e-mail by the seller with both a specific order reference [theirs not the Amazon one] together with a printable copy of the packing slip for reference purposes making EVERYTHING fully referable and traceable along the line in case of any problem/issues. The customer service therefore is excellent, the speed of service is excellent and the product itself is excellent! All in all a great shopping experience!

At least here sells such, to be as NK goodness. As good bulb but a hard find need to multibuy, takes time to warm up but then a good light

I'm not happy at all

This is new and I just plugged it in.. can somebody tell me if this is normal? I can see it’s quite bright on one side but the other seems quite dull and I can actually see the current movement inside.. is it supposed to be like this? Is it the bulb or the plug?

Tempi di consegna ottimi. Ottimo imballo e lampada ricevuta integra, nonostante la sua fragilità. Peccato che, una volta collegata al reattore elettronico (nuovo e con potenza adeguata alla lampada), un lato della lampada emette una luce con intensità leggermente inferiore rispetto all'altro lato.

Rien à redire, ampoule qui éclaire bien !
