You can program the dolly in timelapse mode, which will "ping-pong" as they call it from one end to the other until you stop it or it dies. **Q: I wonder how you shoot without seeing the cord, like in tha promo video? Was that digitally removed or is it some sort of invisibility feature ?** A: The camera and the angle of the camera are below the string so good placement there really helps avoid seeing the string. Also if you look hard enough you’ll sometimes see the string ahead but your focus is on the subject below **Q: can this be used with the string at an angle, or does it need to be flat?** A: It can definitely work at gentle angles. A lot of variables, like how heavy the camera is. If the wheels start to slip, it will lose track of end points, and introduce vibrations. I’d keep it under 30 degrees. **Q: Does this require activation and or require internet to function?** A: No it does not require internet activation. It operates stand-alone.
