Nice simple solution
If (as I did) you have a long flat cable to pin in place then these should work well. The adhesion could possibly be a little stronger but they haven't fallen out of place yet and are as a result easy enough to remove without pulling paint off your skirting board. Simple to use, not expensive.

Used for installing a dash cam cable, the glue sticks well to glass but less well to some plastics used in cars.

Bought for TV back lights as other tape wouldn't hold...never budged and used for all strip lights and phone charging wire, none have dropped off

Self adhesive wire holders.
Used for lining up wiring under model railway baseboard. Perfect.

they work, but only just.
The slightest dust and they won't stick. Not easy to pull the pad covers off, and you deed to see them to make sure your cable will fit.

A non-adhesive product that is not adhesive
Absolutely terrible product. I bought these items as I was looking for adhesive clips to tidy up my dash cam cables, which this product claimed to do. Having finally found time and got around to doing this task this morning, I was very disappointed that all these clips kept doing were falling off the windscreen, pillars and dashboard less than two minutes after fitting them.If I could return them I would, but having used approx. 20 of them, I can't, so they'll all now get put in the bin.If your intention is to use these clips for any another purpose, they may be fine, but for any use within a vehicle, I would strongly advise that you don't waste your time or money.

I have used these to stick fairy lights and to keep some speaker wires tidy, there is the odd few in the batch that don't stick so well but overall they have been good for my needs
