The machine works well, but it's important to read the instructions regarding skin and hair types. No I did not use it because it had so many possible things to go wrong using this per their manual and yet the manual was very poorly put together and missing clear explanations for using, what intervals, etc. Confusing labeling it says permanent removal, but also says just reduction of hair. ### ⭐ Great at being inconvenient and not working at all. *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2019* Each pulse hits about a 1" x 1/2" area of skin. So just doing a shoulder once is extremely slow - a good 6-8 minutes. Additionally, one treatment will not be enough. In fact, no amount of treatments is enough. I bought this in October 2018, and it is currently December 2019. For over one year, I regularly treated one area as a control. It literally did nothing at all.
