It’s so easy to keep your protein shake cold for as long as you need it to be cold. I mixed my protein before I went to the gym and I drank it throughout my workout. It stayed cold the whole time and it didn’t sweat leaving condensation on the gym floor or on the benches. It’s also so easy to clean! It doesn’t stink like regular plastic protein shakers do because it’s stainless steel and easy to clean and it’s dishwasher safe! If you don’t get this bottle, you’re not a true gym rat and you’re probably fat and out of shape! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good quality shaker but has leakage problems *by M***E on September 14, 2018* Overall, I liked the shaker. However, the reason I give it 3 stars is because it leaked. First time it happened I brushed it off and assumed it was because I didn't tighten the cap enough. Second time it happened, I made sure that the cap was actually fully tightened...my protein shake leaked through the shaker over a 4 hours timespan and now my lunchbox is ruined because of that.I am going to give it one last shot before I decide whether to return it or not. ### ⭐⭐ Not good for hot beverages *by G***Y on September 17, 2018* So it says it works for hot beverages. It kinda does I guess. I bought it to do bullet proof coffee in. Only issue is that hot items cause it to leak at the seal. Also it will sometimes pop open as you are shaking it. So!
