Not bad for the price.
It does what it suggest. With that being said, itโs an extra level of protection, but also another layer of trapped heat. Looks pretty cool, and if fogging isnโt an issue then this would be cool for the CQB games where you may want a level of protection around your neck.

Fit my blackhawk plate carrier
The neck protector connected to my blackhawk plate carrier. It's for a costume and will work great for that purpose. I can't say about it's ballistic capabilities...if any.
