I don't write reviews often but this one is a game changer! I have a two storied house.That is roughly 2,400 sq ft. I typically keep my house very clean. But I have two dogs that are constantly running in and out of the house. So they tend to bring in grass, and they tend to smell somewhat musky when playing in the heat. I have installed this in the attic to my air handler which was very easy. At the lowest setting you can smell it the second you walk through the door. I get constant comments on how good it smells. Its always working in the background and I never have to touch it. I love it and would buy it again. I recommend this product to all my friends already. Its cheaper than having all those ugly plug in air freshener around the house which only smells when u are close to them. This item evenly distributes it among all the rooms so there are no dead zones. I highly recommend this to be installed in the air handler of the ac. Its the only true way to unlock its full potential. The casing is almost like metal and it's very sturdy and durable. The casing and the parts appear to have alot of longevity. They didn't cut corners when they made this. Best of all when I have guests coming over I can open my app up and boost up the scent a hour or 2 before guest to arrive to smell even better. It has a bright nice led screen with significant lighting for manual setting adjustments. Fyi.... to get the most out of this set your AC fan to "ON" instead of AUTO that way the oils are constantly getting pushed by the ac so you aren't wasting any fragrance. I got the white color although I don't see it because it's in my attic i do love the casing colors as well as the black. If u have candle or air freshener in ur house go ahead and trash them and get this today! Also one bottle of oil has lasted me 2 1/2 months so far. Already paying itself off in the money I've spent on candles and stuff.

10/28/25 update: I’ve had the diffuser for about four months now, and it still works great. The scent level is consistent, and I like how it passively fills my entire home when I turn it on with the HVAC fan. After my original review, the company reached out to understand my feedback, which showed how much they care about their customers. Their customer service was excellent, they listened, offered helpful information, and even sent sample scents as a thank you. I originally mentioned some noise and Wi-Fi connection issues. It does connect to Wi-Fi, but the company recommends using Bluetooth for now while they improve the app. As for the noise, it’s not really a product issue. I moved it to my HVAC closet and can’t hear it anymore. Overall, this is a solid product backed by outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend it. Original: I’ve been using this diffuser for about a month, and for the cost, it does an impressive job. I started with a smaller unit in my living room but wanted something powerful enough to cover my entire first floor (about 1,100 sq. ft.). This diffuser definitely delivers on that front, it fills the whole space with scent. That said, it’s not quiet. The sound carries across the house, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a bedroom if you’re a light sleeper. I ended up connecting mine to my HVAC system, which not only solved the noise issue but also helps distribute the scent evenly throughout the house. Installation into the HVAC was fairly seamless, though you do need to make sure your system’s fan is running; otherwise, the diffuser just pumps fragrance into the ducts until the air kicks on. Where this product falls short is the app. A couple of things stood out: It only runs on Bluetooth, not WiFi, which means you can’t control it when you’re away from home. The scheduling feature works, but it’s not very intuitive. Setting up different times for different days is unnecessarily complicated. I wish there were a simple “quick set” option to run the diffuser for a set number of hours at a chosen level (e.g., 4 hours on level 8). My previous diffuser had this feature, and it was a lot more user-friendly. Overall, this is a solid diffuser for the price. It’s powerful enough to fill large spaces, works well with an HVAC system, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. But between the noise level and the frustrating app experience, it loses a couple of stars

I usually don’t do product reviews, but I really wanted to do one for this product. Last week we purchased the U5 and decided to use it as a standalone unit in the middle of our house, not plugged into the HVAC system. What an amazing machine this diffuser is! Our house is nearly 4000 ft. and now we have amazing fragrance pretty much wall wall, and the best part is the amount of oil consumption is so low that I think our small 4 ounce bottle is going to last a month or more. That’s pretty efficient! Anyway, we’ve tried everything for fragrance in this house, including plug-ins, Reed diffusers, traditional diffusers, and anything else we could think of, and nothing really worked or smelled the way we wanted. This machine does everything we need to do and it’s simply pleasant to have around. If you want a machine that’s easy to set up, low cost to operate, an extremely good at what it does. I recommend this one. And I want to emphasize that you don’t have to plug it in to your HVAC in order to feel it’s full value.

The Aromadd 3500 sq. ft. diffuser I purchased last year has been excellent for my home. I installed it in the foyer, and the scent spreads beautifully throughout the entire house. The installation was simple, and it’s very convenient to control through the app. Ever since we started using it, guests often compliment how great the house smells as soon as they walk in. I’m very happy with the performance and would definitely recommend it.

That said, this isn’t a huge deal because once you’ve set your schedule and scent strength, you rarely need to open the app again. There is one thing worth keeping in mind, especially if you live somewhere with cold seasons. This is unverified, but based on my experience: if you run the diffuser regularly while not using your AC and then switch over to heat in the winter, you may notice some “smoke” the first time the furnace kicks on. When I turned on my heat for the first time this season, my home filled with a noticeable amount of diffuser-oil-scented smoke. My assumption is that the oil either coated the ductwork over time or possibly made its way into the furnace, and then burned off when the heat was first used. After that initial occurrence, things returned to normal, but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you plan to leave the diffuser running year-round without HVAC airflow. Pros: • Works very well and distributes scent evenly • Guests notice and compliment the scent when entering the home • Automatic mode makes it mostly set and forget • Easy installation • Large capacity, doesn’t need constant refilling Cons: • App feels a bit unpolished • Device connection can be temperamental • Potential oil buildup in ductwork or HVAC system (unverified) • Possible scented smoke when turning on heat for the first time in winter Overall, this is a great scent machine that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes the house smell great. Just be mindful of how and when you’re running it if it’s connected to or near your HVAC system, especially during seasonal changes.

You only get to make a first impression once and it’s truly shocking how many guests have commented on my house’s pleasant scent as soon as they walk in. It’s the same sensation as walking into a luxury hotel, which is exactly the vibe I was going for. The unit itself feels quality as the exterior panels are made of glass. No issues with loose fixtures, leaks, etc. Anyone who left a bad review claiming that the machine is “loud” is being dramatic. It’s not at all. Hooking the unit up to my HVAC was a breeze, especially because all of the conversion pieces are included in the kit. It took less than 5 minutes. Like others have said, the app could use some updating but it’s overall very easy to operate. I inquired with customer service about making an adjustment so the scent gets dispersed only when the HVAC fan kicks on — Bella was quick to respond with a video showing the setup process and even threw in a free bottle of oil to try out when I told her I was on the fence about choosing a scent. Genuinely good customer service is hard to come by these days (especially because they don’t ask for tips like every other place now) and this company’s efforts are worth noting. Thank you for actually caring. Once you have your strength settings set to your liking there isn’t much looking back. For reference, I have a 3,500 square foot house. I set my unit to disperse for 15 seconds with 300 second pauses in between. It runs daily from 9am-11pm. A 500ml bottle of oil lasts me around 4 months. I’ve had it since June 2025 and there is no residual buildup in my vent system, which was something I was worried about. I wasted so much money on candles in the past it’s not even funny. I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner. Realistically, I think Aromadd should charge more for this product because of what you’re getting in return, but I admire that they’re not in it for the money. If you look at the price history tracker you’ll see that the cost hasn’t budged at all over the course of several months, holidays included. That’s honorable. This product is great. This company is great. I convinced my nail salon to buy one (lol). You should buy one too.

Bought this scent machine really just to try something new and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box it looks solid and way nicer than a lot of basic diffusers I have seen. Setup was not confusing at all and honestly pretty quick once I downloaded the app and paired it. The Bluetooth controls make it easy to adjust schedules and intensity without having to stand next to it every time I want to change something. The coverage is insane. I run it in my whole main living area and it fills the space with a nice scent that actually lasts. I was worried it would be weak or too subtle, but it definitely shows up without being overpowering. I even hooked it up to the HVAC system in my house and it spreads the aroma really evenly, which is awesome. Another thing I like is that it does not leave a mess or make the room feel humid like some other diffusers I have used. It feels like I stepped into a high-end hotel lobby rather than just turning on a plug-in air freshener. Overall this has been a great upgrade to my home and I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants a sleek and powerful scent solution for big rooms.

It works well and my home smells like a hotel now. The only downfall is that this device is Bluetooth operated, so I have to be home to adjust it. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of. I ran into an issue with it not producing fumes; however, I worked with customer support. After troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, they sent out some replacement parts, and everything is working. Thanks so much, Cindy, for your assistance and being so responsive.

A year later and my machine is working amazing I couldn’t love it more. I’m in Canada FYI. Much cheaper than buying from Aroma 360 and same result. Also Cindy was fantastic answering all of my questions and needs. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again Cindy;)
