I bought this particular one because of the reviews. I have worn it a few times to give me some support & relief but it pinches in between the thumb and forefinger so I am thinking of putting some padding under it to make it more comfortable. I haven’t used it enough yet to say whether or not it really helps my hand/thumb problem but I will keep using it. I do have to be honest and say I can’t see how it costs as much as it does. In my experience, anything labelled ‘orthopaedic’ seems to add £££s to the product. The pain relief from both is instantaneous and remarkable. Without the support my thumb joint hurts when I use my hand, with the support it doesn't, it does very mildly. It's that simple.Note to manufacturer: if you put your branding on the top of the Velcro strap it would not impede the adhesion of the Velcro for the medium one on tight. I think it would then be perfect.
