I was planning on sending this back but a friend wanted to try it and I thought I should give it another try myself. No change in skin or nerve pain or improvement in skin or muscles from use of this product and I am past my return time. May try to use it on plants. Works well on my plants and I do sit under it on occasion. And it makes me relax.

Very well-made. Goes to different heights. If you turn it over to the setting that says, "ALL," it will stay on versus the presets that go up to 30 minutes. If you are energetically sensitive, this is pretty darn strong so I advise going at the lower level first. Also, my dog loves it! Even a couple of my cats enjoy it.

Love this! I use it often. I have used it for several months now and have noticed a change in my hyperpigmentation. My skin looks so much better and healthier.

A little flimsy, but works as expected! Comes with glasses that truly do help your eyes. It's power and very easy to use. Would recommend. It's definitely worth the price!

This light works great it bright and strong. My puppy has extremely sensitive skin and has extreme anxiety and I have noticed he's less itchy and less Licky since using this and he loves to just chill under it and take naps.

Horrible product please do not buy this!! I’ve purchased twice and both have broken. Screw strips where lamp attaches to pole. Pretty much useless. I am just happy that this one is within the return period. . Returning ASAP.

For the price, you can’t beat this light for red light therapy, which everyone should consider doing. It helps with achy muscles, acne and other skin issues and it’s relaxing to sit or lay in a quiet room under the light…a wonderful way to decompress and relax from the day. I sit on my meditation cushion, turn on my Calm app and relax. You can adjust the brightness and the time on this lamp. It takes time to start getting the benefits for inflammation, arthritis, tired, sore muscles and skin conditions but keep at it. The immediate benefit is it helps you to relax and get rid of stress and who couldn’t benefit from that? I wear goggles to protect my eyes and sometimes I put the earbuds in and listen to music. Give it a try!

I've only had this for a short period of time, not enough to give a proper review, but so far everything works as stated. It's lite weight, but stable, all controls work as advertised. If red light therapy is truly a thing, this will probably get the job done, at not a lot of cost. Seems to be of good quality. I recommend.
