Best comfort and quality over time
These have been the best sound quality, most comfortable to wear, and have the most reliable bt connection over any other similar products that I've tried, including JLab and several other miscellaneous small manufacturers on Amazon. The JLab in particular was disappointing, it degraded in sound quality over time and also started disconnecting and reconnecting frequently. I also tried the high end Bose version which wasn't comfortable and ultimately not worth the money. As an unfamiliar brand, the Tozo actually surprised and impressed me. They are lightweight, the band is thin and unobtrusive, and the buds are not too big, yet the sound quality is still great--a round, full sound compared to others that sound tinny and echo-y. They have decent bass, which I found to be lacking in most others. I now have several pairs of Tozo that I stash in different places for different purposes, and even the first pair from a couple years ago is still functioning well. I don't wear them for very sweaty, jumpy workouts but I do use them for walking or light jogging. I don't use them in wet or overly humid environments, so I can't comment on that. I do use them on the plane and I do have to turn the volume up a bit, but I prefer open ear because the changing air pressure makes anything that plugs the ear canal uncomfortable for me. If you watch the price history you can get them for a very reasonable deal. I'd say they're worth trying to see if they work for you!

Fully Charged & Ready to Use
Worked great right out of the box. Sound level is definitely higher than Monster earbuds. They’re not super loud at highest volume, however, it far exceeds my expectations at this price point. They fit snug above my ear canal & comfortably. The microphone along with the entire product is black, & not silver on the microphone as illustrated in the ad. The case has a charge level indicator that illuminates when opening & sets itself apart from other manufacturers, which makes it a game changer. The earbuds will last for a good six hours listening to music & making phone calls, but for the majority of days 8 hours. The power cord is 1/2 the length of competitors & too short, so it’s difficult to plug directly into an outlet without an extension cord. App options are confusing & cost money to get its full potential. Wish they designed one app to accommodate all needs. Tozo Tech Around You app will provide optional EQ sound settings. Headphones & Speaker Connect + app will offer some optional internet radio channels for free. Hope these last longer than 3-5 months as indicated on other reviews & still looking for how to register product. Amazon doesn’t offer an extended warranty, because they probably need to be valued double the cost. For a $20 item it deserves a full five stars, regardless of a few kinks.

Great product, AMAZING customer service!
So right off the bat, I LOVE the Open EarRings. I have never liked the earbuds that go into your ear, and when every company moved to have that little silicone plug, I tried most brands until I evenetually I switched back to over-ear headphones. But my sister actually bought a big brand model of the open ear headphones and said that she really like them so I did some digging and found out that Tozo makes some too. I've gone with Tozo before for earbuds and I appreciated the app that allows you to equalize the sound personally and even locate the earbuds with some of their newer models, so I decided to give the Open EarRings a try too and I fell in love! Not only does it NOT go into my ear, but they are so light. My ears are very sensitive, which is probably why I don't like earbuds, but since it doesn't even touch my ear canal, it doesn't bother me at all! And I've gone whole days with them on because I forget they're even there with how light they are. Not only that, but the sound is incredible. I still don't fully understand how they work... I guess it just "shoots the sound" into your ear, but I also noticed that somehow no one else can hear what I'm listening to. I bragged about them so much that I ended up buying my dad a pair for father's day and then I convinced my other friend to buy some too and they've also told me how much they like them! Now, I will say that the right EarRing stopped working out of nowhere and just doesn't produce sound anymore, but I use them so often now that I probably damaged them somehow or maybe even overused them so quickly. I am not even lying when I say that I use them everyday at work and for the entire day. And they last the entire 8 hours of my shift! Technically 9 because of course I use them during my lunch hour. But I'm allowed to because of the open ear feature that is even better than ambient sound because it actually just let's me hear what's going on around me instead of filtering the sound through. My over-ear headphones have the ambient sound feature and for some reason some sounds come in slightly staticky. Likely also due to overuse, but that's not a worry here! And lastly, I would have originally made this review a 4/5 star review because one of the EarRings stopped working, but I reached out to Tozo and not only did the customer support rep reply within the hour, but it was on a Saturday (and to be honest, probably really early in the am) and she was so helpful and patient while walking me through the troubleshooting steps and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Lilac. If I'm being 100% honest, I don't care much for the touch sensors that replace buttons being placed on the back of the EarRing (the part that magnetizes to the back of the ear), and if I turned too far for too long the "long press" would activate, I guess on my neck. But I actually just went in to the Tozo app and just disabled that feature and I haven't had any issues since. I do appreciate being able to just tap my ear and pause my video whenever needed, it makes it a lot more efficient than having to open my phone, tapping to pull up the streaming bar, and then pressing pause. Overall, for this price, this quality, and this customer service, I can't give it less than all 5 stars. I will definitely be relying on this company for future audio hardware needs!

Cute, comfy, and mostly great
I’ve been really happy with these earbuds overall. They fit comfortably and stay put even when I’m moving around. They also look cute! Battery life has been solid, and I haven’t had any issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping or being spotty. Sound quality is decent for the price, nothing audiophile-level, but totally good enough for everyday listening. My two complaints: the touch sensor is honestly pretty unreliable. I’ve pretty much given up using it. The microphone is also just okay, it works fine in quiet environments, but on calls in noisy places, people have had trouble hearing me. If you’re looking for comfortable open earbuds with a good fit and decent sound, these are worth it.

Amazing for sensory issues!
TOZO has become my go-to brand for affordable earbuds for a while now so I won’t go into sound quality except to say imo I find TOZO to be better than a lot of similarly priced earbuds, and these particular ones are on par with the sound quality I usually expect from them. But let me tell you, if you are/know anyone with sensory issues and/or get fatigue from wearing earbuds and the pressure from having them pressed in your ear, if you have piercings, or if you have impaired hearing in one ear (or just prefer to wear only one earbud at a time), these are an absolute game changer. I can’t stand the feeling of the earbud creating pressure in my ear or just the general hyper awareness that I’m wearing something there. With these, I LOVE that they just rest on your ear, don’t get pushed into the canal at all, and if I ever turn off what I’m listening to for any reason, they’re so light and unnoticeable that I seriously forget I still have them on. Second, I have quite a few piercings, including a tragus, rook, and several helixes, which make wearing any earbuds challenging and usually uncomfortable. With these, it does not interfere AT ALL with any of my piercings. Lastly, I’m deaf in one ear, so I only ever use one earbud. So when one would die, I’d just pop in the other. Only problem ofc is that the left and right earbuds are usually specifically shaped for each ear and so that never worked very well. WELL not with these! These are completely interchangeable and when the right one dies, I can just as comfortably use the left one on my right ear. Finally, the one thing I thought might be a problem is that sometimes when you have your volume turned up, people can hear what you’re listening to even if your earbuds are in your ears. Since these don’t suction into your ear canal, I thought surely it would be easy for others to hear what you’re listening to, but no! Idk how, but you really can’t hear anything if you’re not the person wearing them. And even with the volume turned up to max, I found that it was very minimal noise that someone else could pick up on, but still couldn’t make out what you were actually listening to or actually hear words, etc. And personally there would be almost no occasion when I’d have my volume turned up to 100% full blast. Something fans of noise cancellers might not like but that I really do like is that they don’t completely disable you from being able to hear sound around you. I’ve always preferred this since I’ve just got the one working ear and wanna be aware of any potential emergencies, someone calling my name, etc. around me, but what I also like is that I think they could be great for folks who have difficulties in party settings or other sensory settings where having a little bit of their own noise to quiet or help mute other sounds while still being able to hear what’s going on or being said to them would be really helpful. All in all, was not intending to buy these as an accessibility tool, but was pleasantly surprised to find that they’re really accessible, and all around great if you’re not looking to use them for accessibility reasons too.

Worth the price
These are overwhelmingly positive user reviews for the TOZO O2 True Open Ear Wireless Earbuds. Here is a summary of the key points: Design & Comfort: The open-ear style is highly preferred, as it allows users to remain aware of their environment and is more comfortable for long listening sessions than traditional in-ear earbuds. Reviewers found them to be very comfortable, truly lightweight, and easy to forget you're wearing. The speaker part rotates for a nearly infinite, perfect fit, which is an improvement over fixed designs. The design is secure and ideal for active use/workouts without concern for them falling off. Sound Quality & Features: The sound quality is described as fantastic, clear, rich, surprisingly immersive, and Crystal sharp clarity for an open-ear design. The TOZO app is easy to use and intuitive, providing features like battery life monitoring and a list of equalizer settings (pre-made, shared, or custom). The headset offers dual connectivity, which users found impressive and convenient. Pairing was quick and seamless. Portability & Battery: The charging case for the TOZO O2 is described as having a small, sleek design that easily fits in your pocket, making it very portable compared to older models. The overall package is well-designed/beautiful. The case enables excellent overall battery life. The headset features automatic power/connection—they turn on when removed from the case and turn off/disconnect when placed back in. Minor Concerns/Suggestions: The charging case is noted as being a little large compared to some other smaller earbud cases. The case only has a single light to indicate when it's fully charged, which is less informative than previous models that showed the current charge level (a feature the app now covers). One user specifically appreciated the sleek and understated grey color option. The overall consensus is that the TOZO O2 is an excellent product that continues TOZO's tradition of quality, offering a comfortable, secure, and great-sounding alternative to traditional earbuds.

Very light-weight with good sound quality, but...
===== 3/2/26 Update ========= Ok, I was wrong and I take some of the good comments back. Don't get me wrong, it's still lightweight and with an amazing sound quality... but the comfort part is where I take off points. At first, I was only wearing the one on my right ear and it was very comfortable, hardly even felt it. Then I started using both. However, the one on my left ear made my ear hurt after using it a whole day. Basically, the little clamp part is too tight on my left ear whereas it's just perfect on my right ear. So my left ear was left in pain after a day of use. For some reason it's not comfortable on my left ear no matter how I tried to reposition it. I just purchased their newest one called Tozo OpenEgo which sits just on top of the ear. Used it yesterday for like 5 hours straight and today noticed that there was no aches or pain with that one and the quality of the sound was exceptional. So if you have sensitive ears, maybe that's the better choice. It was for me, that's for sure. ================================ At 4.3 stars, these little gems are so under-reviewed. Seriously should be 5.0 stars! I've had them for a few months already and I'm sorry to admit I really hadn't tried them, they were just sitting on my desk. For the past 3 days or so, I've been using them and I'm so impressed with the sound quality as well as the light-weight of them. Not only that, but my ears are usually pretty sensitive and they have not caused any discomfort at all. As I type this, I have the one on my right ear on, listening to an audio book, and if it weren't for the fact that sound is coming into my right ear, I wouldn't even know I have anything on my ear. Also, since they are pretty much open ear, I love that my ear canal doesn't get uncomfortably hot like when I wear the ones with rubber or silicone. Also, to be fair, I've only used them while in the house, I haven't worn them out on a noise street, so maybe sound quality may be affected in that environment. But if you're gonna wear them around your home or an office that isn't too noisy, I think these would be amazing. Here's an image so you can see how it looks. Sorry about my ugly mug. Hope you had your coffee already. lol

Best open ear headphones I've found so far!
Fantastic little headphones. I have to be able to hear whats going on around me at work but I need some background noise, and these are perfect for that. I've had them for a few weeks now and I love them. Pros: -Great quality sound, I've loved every pair of TOZO headphones I've gotten so far (3 or 4 different styles now). Crystal clear sound, no complaints -They're surprisingly comfy, I have it in my ear about 8 hours a night, 5 nights a week and it hasn't caused issues, no pinching or soreness in the one ear (for the most part) they're easily adjustable to different angles to get it just right. -This is the 4th pair of open ear headphones I've gotten and the 1st pair I can actually hear what's going on around me. The other pairs I can tell someone's trying to talk to me and take them off, but I can hear AND understand everyone with these on, which is the whole point. Neutral: -The battery lasts between 7 and 8 hours. I wear one at a time and switch it out during the last hour of my shift every night. Cons: -The case has about 2 full charges in it. Drained both headphones the first night (everything was fully charged) and the case was at 50% after charging. Not the worst but I usually don't have to charge other cases quite as often. If you have cartilage piercings, it WILL affect the comfort. When I wear one in the ear with a daith piercing, it does start to get sore after a couple hours and adjusting the jewelry out of the way only helps a little bit. Something to consider if you have a lot of piercings. All in all they're great and well worth the price. I haven't noticed any issues with the range, but I don't generally go very far from my phone to comment on it. I also had no trouble connecting them to any of my devices, its super simple. I only take one star off for the battery life. Its fine, but it could be better.
