My first 10 ft of wire had a short in it. I e-mailed Screentronics and they shipped another 10 ft of wire right away and for free.

Can it just be plugged into existing camera line to replace old camera

It says it will work with Sony XAV-AX8000.. my other camera is bad picture, so bought this one to replace it to have good bright picture.. I just plugged it into existing camera line on my RV where old one was..... It does not come on... Any help...
