😊😊😊😁🔥🤩 As you have read the other reviews too you probably have understood that the quality is second to none.......one of the best quality resistance bands I have ever seen. But please use an anchor dont just start using it on a rusty iron rod or sharp surface and expect it to last long....its physically not possible..... It will take care of you just as much as you take care of it...... Use an anchor make sure you are not making jerking movements and it will last for a long long time...... Another point that I should make is this band is not for beginners if you want full range of motion for small muscles........ If you want full range of motion and you are a beginner start with something small and light then slowly grow up to use this........If you want to do pull-ups or chin-ups and need assistance you can go for this provided you are below 75 kgs otherwise go for the heaviest one........good luck on your bodybuilding/getting fit journey..... If you think you can do it then you surely can do it.......

I bought this for improving my pullup strength. It's sturdy and great. Highly recommended. It's has an optimal weight, the material is of great quality and appearance wise, it's decent too. Highly recommended.
